Fijne nacht gehad echter matig/slecht ontbijt.

Fijn bed, hele ruime kamer. De kamer en de badkamer waren schoon. Ik vond het fijn dat het toilet gescheiden was van de badkamer. De locatie is natuurlijk super, midden in het centrum. Fijn dat je via de website van het hotel korting kan krijgen voor een parkeergarage dichtbij.

Geen airco, ontbijt was matig, broodjes waren oud en hard. Ontbijt was heel basic. Ik zou voortaan elders ontbijten in plaats van in het hotel. Dan krijg je denk ik meer waard voor je geld. En het toilet in de kamer heeft geen wasbak om de handen te wassen.

La priximiter avec le centre ville

La propreter sol sal , des cheveux dans la douche, une odeur dans la chambre, grosse tache sur les rideau..... le prix trop elevée

Too many stairs, no air conditioning although fan supplied in room. Room infested with ants and no mini fridge in a supposed superior luxury room

Overall I liked it and would probably stay here again

Location: The hotel's location is excellent. Despite being in the center of the city, I didn't hear any noisy sounds that would disturb my sleep, which was a pleasant surprise. Room interior: The room interior matched the photos provided. However, I would suggest that the hotel improves the cleanliness of the rooms, as they could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Hotel staff: The hotel staff members were outstanding. They were exceptionally helpful and responsive, attending to all of my questions and needs promptly. Their service throughout my stay was excellent.

The only good about this hotel was the location. Very central in Maastricht.

It was the most dirty hotel I have ever stayed. It was not mopped. Super dusty! The toilet and the shower were super dirty and the sink was clogging. It looked as if nobody had ever cleaned it for months! Such a shame. With that location and only some effort it could have been a cute boutique hotel. Unfortunately, we read the reviews on Google only after we arrived. So, we didn't bother informing the reception. They didn't even ask us how our stay was. I guess they knew.

Nice and clean stay in the city center

Great location, right in the center. Had a room looking out the inner courtyard, so no issue with any outside noise. Spacious room, very clean, heats up very quickly.

No soundproofing, you can hear everything from the hallway, people going up and into their rooms, doors closing, etc.

the hotel was the prefect location

there was no battery in the safe and when asked for a new one was told there was none . was there for a week and had no one in to clean room or make up bed . asked for a change of towels but it never happened
