La relación calidad precio es buena. La cama fue cómoda. El tamaño de la habitación y baño es adecuada

El hotel es una sombra de lo que fue. Cafetería está cerrada desde hace años a pesar de que en Booking siguen las fotos, y el mantenimiento es muy pobre. En los pasillos hace mucho frío, y al entrar en la habitación hacia frío, aunque con el aire acondicionado conseguimos alcanzar una temperatura adecuada (pero el ruido del mismo por la noche era molesto). Es una pena, porque hace años estuvimos y estaba bien. No obstante, por el precio que tiene, no está mal.

It was really near to the train station, about 150 meters. And very near to the important historical places. Like Cervantes house and the 2 oldest university of Alcala about year 1500 wonderful building

If you want a room with no functional window that is dirty, noisy, in a hotel where the lifts are out of bounds (though not out of order) and the lights in the garage are timed deftly to effortlessly give you a chance to play blind man's bluff with your luggage until you find the stairwell and have the time to conduct a lengthy search even to find reception, this may well be the place for you. It is certainly what we found.

All of the above. Bathroom was not hygienic, the pillow (double bolster type) seemed perfectly designed to deny the travellers' rest. No signs to reception. It was supposed to be on the first floor but was on the ground floor and no time wasted on signage to state which way. So I had to walk around various floors before stumbling upon an unmarked door in the ground floor. I must have been really bad in a previous life. Why otherwise did I deserve this?
