Traumhafte Anlage direkt am Strand

Schöne Hotelanlage in toller Lage direkt am Kamala Beach. Zimmer geräumig, komfortabel und sauber. Große saubere Poollandschaft. Essensangebote sehr gut. Massage-Angebot auf Hotelgelände hervorragend!

Zu Stoßzeiten bekam man im Poolrestaurant keine Plätze im Schatten. Relativ viele Mücken im Zimmer.

Strandparadies mit Raum für Verbesserungen

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war nahezu perfekt, besonders hervorzuheben durch die unschlagbare Lage direkt am Strand. Die weitläufige Anlage sorgte dafür, dass das Hotel nie überfüllt wirkte, und die saubere, gepflegte Umgebung sowie unser Zimmerupgrade anlässlich unserer Flitterwochen übertrafen unsere Erwartungen. Das Hotel liegt zudem in unmittelbarer Nähe zu kleinen Restaurants und einer Ladenstraße, was unseren Aufenthalt umso angenehmer machte.

Wenig Kritik, eher meckern auf hohem Niveau: Ein Punkt, der uns auffiel, war das Fehlen von Liegen direkt am Strand. Obwohl man vom Poolbereich, besonders von denen in Strandnähe, schnell zum Strand laufen konnte, war es doch enttäuschend, dass keine Liegen am Strand selbst zur Verfügung standen. Weiterhin wurde die Regel, Liegen vor 10:00 Uhr nicht zu reservieren, nicht konsequent genug durchgesetzt. Beim Frühstück und der Servicegeschwindigkeit, besonders im Bereich des Pools und beim Abräumen der Tische, haben wir aufgrund des Preises mehr erwartet. Die Qualität der Backwaren beim Frühstück erreichte leider auch nicht das erwartete Niveau.

Clearly I have a different idea to others of what constitutes “fabulous”. Not my kinda place at all.

Not much. Staff were friendly. Massages were fair priced.

Completely lacking in character, no space around pool, breakfast quality was terrible, rooms were old and run down. I guess fine if you like the mass tourism thing but wasn’t for us at all. Checked out early and went back onto the mainland.

Very pleasant and relaxing

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good, loved the variations of the fruits, and the coffee is very tasty. Peaceful time at the pool and bar and the beach side is clean and beautiful and guarded by lifeguards most of the time. Beautiful garden!

The bathroom towels are very old. Sometimes it came a strong bad smell from the bathroom drain.

Fantastic and comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. Upon checking in we were greeted with a cool washcloth and a refreshing beverage. It is a large hotel with a perfect location on the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Several beautiful and very clean pools. We loved the location of our building. It was a pool view room on an upper floor in a building further away from the beach area. The room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. It felt like it was recently renovated/refreshed. The Restaurant by the Beach was a beautiful location to enjoy the view while having breakfast in the morning. We never had any issues in getting a sun lounger by the pool after breakfast. Breakfast was very good. Many options - both hot and cold. The hotel also has great outdoor space to relax and enjoy drinks at night.

Perfekt läge vid Kamala Beach Många trevliga medarbetare som vill ta hand om dig.

Minderåriga sprang på området och några låg vid poolområdet. Visa delar behöver fräschas upp, börjar bli slitet, tex poolbar.

Beautiful clean swimming pools, with one open late. Lovely food. Great attentive staff.

Too strict with towels, one per day maximum and wouldn’t let us swap wet for dry.

Hotel mit vielen Stammgästen

Direkte Strandlage, Restaurants und Geschäfte sehr nah und gut über den Strandweg zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer geräumig. Service beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam. Zimmerreinigung gut.

Trotz Beginn der Hauptsaison nur 1 Restaurant in Betrieb, Gäste, die reihenweise Liegen reservieren, Reinigung von Treppenhaus und Co. Sehr nachlässig. Dazu auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Service beim Abendessen fast ausschließlich schlecht. Aber das schlimmste war der permanente Gestank im Zimmer (Abfluss) , sobald die Klimaanlage aus war.

Die Lage direkt am Strand

Sehr unbequemes und schmudliges Bett mit einer komischen dünnen Auflage. Sehr staubig, wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt zum schlafen. Poolanlage sehr überlaufen mit unappetitlichen und unansehnlichen Menschen, es war ein Graus. Erholungsfaktor gleich null, ausser man steht total auf Massentourismus.

If you want to go outside of the hotel and hang out, best to go to other beaches like Patong as Kamala beach is more quiet and has less options.

Perfect holiday. Value for money. It was close to the beach, great service, awesome pools, clean rooms. Will be back again for sure.

The gym was a bit underwhelming. I wanted to do pullups, but there was no equipment for that.

Great resort on the beach.

Great property, lovely big rooms with balcony. swimming pools with lots of sun beds and right on the beach. Breakfast buffet was huge with a very good choice, something for everyone. Food and cocktails in the resort are nice and reasonable, but it’s a very short walk along the beach path to multiple eating places. Beach towels were big and soft and a very sensible card system is used. Kamala is a good choice if you want a pleasant relaxing stay with a clean beach. it’s not party central.

The orange juice at breakfast was like a very sweet cordial. But the rest of the buffet was great. Lots of options

A really good club

This hostel is really really good ! The staff is incredible, very helpful and smiling. The location is perfect : in front of the beach, quite place. A part of the club was in renovation but we didnt hear anything. Special mention to the incredible staff !!

Some of those rooms equipments are a bit old but doesnt matter. However the mattresses of the rooms (chambre double deluxe) are really bad :(
