Very happy with stay, would come again

Room well designed and comfortable Food available on arrival Breakfast adequate, large seating area

Not keen on the milk sachets on tray in room Very difficult to open without spilling Perhaps at breakfast some refilling needed At 8.30 2 tired hard eggs and a small spoonful of baked beens round the edge of the opt I could have counted them! Very small points

Not up to usual standards for a Holiday Inn. The staff were excellent, but the hotel needs to be complete refurbished.

Location. We chose this hotel because it was close to where we needed to be the following day.

It was tired and quite shabby - chipped paint in the woodwork for example. The bathroom was tiny. The room was small compared to other Holiday Inn hotels. There was an adjoining door in our room which someone attempted to open while we were in the room - it was locked, but it was quite alarming to have someone try to get into our room.

It’s a bit of a tired building… however it was run very well. The breakfast looked lovely but it was cold, and not the nicest quality,

Rude receptionist but good base for Swindon

Hotel was clean and bed comfortable. wide range of facilities on site but not used

Shower water pressure is very poor and rooms are basic (but fine). Receptionist on check out was very rude and not friendly. Definitely put me off staying again!

I will not book with the hotel again.

The room was very dusty , I didn’t sleep well at all. The room was not fresh , there is no value for money . I expected better , better for the holiday inn brand.

Het eten was lekker en het ontbijt heel uitgebreid De bedden waren heel comfortabel De kamer was netjes en het sanitair schoon

Breakfast was outstanding staff was outstanding pancake with a happy birthday for my grandson All because he was wearing his birthday badge 10 today

Fantastic hospitality at a fabulous price

Room was very clean and incredibly well equipped. Had bath robes, drinks, snacks! I was so impressed as we don’t get that in London! Well done Swindon, fantastic hospitality.

There was no staff at reception on arrival. We had to wait for someone to come. There should be someone at reception at all times.

Absolutely shocking stay! Disgusting staff and cleanliness is non existent

Absolutely nothing

Dirty, rude staff, food was undercooked so I ended up with food poisoning, bed was stained with wee, shower screen glass was insecure (DANGEROUS)! Arrived to find I have two single beds and no bath even though I had booked a double bed room and the description stayed the room was a double and had a bath tub in the bathroom. Mentioned it to the manager and was told that if I didn’t like what I had been given then I should stay elsewhere!! So rude!! I asked for a refund due to the incorrect room being given and state of it. I was told that if I wanted a refund I needed to take it up with ‘someone who cared’ I am absolutely disgusted by the way they handled everything and I am horrified by the whole situation with my booking not being correct.

Fantastic night away.

Pool was a great facility. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was excellent good choice at breakfast. Free parking for guests excellent addition. Great value for money.

No one on bar as both staff doing room service so a long wait . Maid knocking on the door at 10am and 10.30am even though we had room until 12. Mixed messages being told to take towels from room to pool and then being offered one at pool.

Having booked this hotel as a family of 5 we ended up with 2 rooms instead of one which would have been good if the rooms had been next to each other but they were 26 rooms apart. Meaning we had to split up. This ended in us all sleeping in one room.

relocation was annoying but this hotel was lovely

We had initially booked another IHG hotel in Swindon but we’re relocated on arrival as no room’s available.on arrival Charmaine at reception was very helpful quickly checking is in and sorting out a taxi for us.

None it was pleasant friendly place
