רק המיקום שווה . כל השאר לא תואם את התמונות.

חדר קטן ריח לא טוב בחדר. כשהתלוננתי אמרו שאין מה לעשות עם זה כי המלון מלא. לא מנקים בכלל אין אפשרות לשלוט על חימום קפה מגעיל מיקום מעולה

Enjoyed our stay

Good shower and water pressure, comfortable bed, well insulated room and close to main attractions.

Aircon was not cold enough and restocking of more water and toilet paper would have been nice

Catastrophique!!!!!

L’emplacement

Cet hôtel est de loin le PIRE dans lequel j'ai séjourné! L'hôtel fait de la publicité mensongère sur Booking, se présentant comme un 4 étoiles alors qu'il n'en a que 3. Le service est inexistant : les lits ne sont pas faits et les serviettes ne sont pas changées chaque jour. C’est tellement sale que les serviettes propres données à l’arrivée sont posées sur le porte bagage. Immonde ! Personne n'était disponible pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'hôtel ou nous indiquer où se trouvent les chambres. En entrant dans notre chambre, une forte odeur nauséabonde provenant des canalisations de la salle de bain était omniprésente, même avec la porte fermée. En témoigne le diffuseur de parfum installé par le personnel à côté des toilettes De plus, un trou dans le plafond à côté de la douche laissait pendre des fils électriques, posant de graves problèmes de sécurité. Enfin, les fenêtres ne sont pas insonorisées, rendant impossible de dormir à cause des bruits incessants venant de la rue. Le staff avait promis de reboucher le trou et changer la lumière, ce qui n’a jamais été fait

Situation centrale idéale pour profiter de Florence sans perte de temps dans les déplacements

Concept très moderne avec réception du code et installation en toute autonomie. Chambre très spacieuse et décorée avec soin. On se sent plus dans une chambre d'amis que dans un hôtel...Présence appréciée d'un plateau de courtoisie et d'une grande bouteille d'eau. A noter également la mise à disposition dès le premier jour de la consigne bagages.

Junto al Duomo.

Estuvimos muy cómodos. Un edificio con mucho encanto. La habitación decorada con mucho estilo. Ubicación inmejorable junto al Duomo. El personal de la cafetería de la terraza estupendo.

Se echa de menos un poco de calor humano. Lo del auto check-in y entrada con código es muy cómodo y práctico pero muy frío. Se echa de menos alguien que te salude al entrar y que pueda hacerte recomendaciones, resolver tus dudas o de haberlo, algún problema. El canal de whatsapp resulta muy frío.

المكان غير مهيئ للسكن وخاصة فوق ليلة، لا يوجد تنظيف ولا إضافة فوط أو مناديل للحمام لايوجد أحذية حمام، صغيرة جدًا ورديئة، الموقع قريب من الكتدرائية فصوت الجرس مزعج ويوقض من النوم، عزل الصوت سيئ، السرير غير جيد، خدمة شخصية في نقل الأمتعة لا يوجد استقبال

Ubicacion y atención perfecta.

Ubicación y plataforma de checking digital perfecta, aun sin tener contacto con ninguna persona, estan pendientes constantemente. Destaco en nuestro caso lo resolutivos ante cualquier duda o incididente. Apartamento comodo y agradable.

Posizione IMPECCABILE! Pratico e funzionale!!!

Posizione Impeccabile, pochi metri dal Duomo e comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi parte della centro storico, oltremodo facilemente raggiungibile dalla Stazione dei Treni. Bagno sempre caldo e doccia bella bollente! Top pure i Lock per i bagagli da poter lasciare dopo i check-out.

Il materasso leggermente "scarico" si sprofondava facilmente, poi per il resto nulla in particolare.

Un sogno a Firenze!

La struttura è in una posizione perfetta, in pieno centro di fronte al duomo. La praticità di non avere le chiavi ma di entrare comodamente con un codice è tanta! Poi le stanze sono belle, curate, ampie, i bagni e la doccia top! Il letto comodissimo.

Great location, HOT summer days and nights!

Great location to all the sights we had on our itinerary. Access to room was seamless.

No hot water for the entire stay. The room was hot the entire stay, no proper way to cool off. Only had a fan, which just pushed the hot air in the room.

My experience wasn't a 10 but I'd go again.. for the location

The location is golden, Cleanliness, Comfy bed

The AC in my room was not working 100% they left a fan and that happened in June in Florence and that's hard The staff on the ground not all are friendly at all. I asked for bathroom after I checked out I was told off so I had to change my clothes in the locker room as a result. There is no kitchen as described in the msg they sent nor the availability of help yourself to towels. You have to request everything through the WhatsApp to be helped.

ideal location, minimal but sufficient room facilities, well selected amenities and gratis, online check in/out went smoothly thanks to timely communication via Whatapp, replies from hotel was very quick

noise insulation is so poor that I was waken by people speaking on the hallway and neighbors taking shower

Great location in a beautiful city, although very expensive

Great central location, clean, digital access although quite impersonal worked well. Nice welcome pack on entry in terms of free mini bar items

No room servicing over 5 days meant that things like towels become dirty. I think leaving a second set of items such as these for guests would be a good solution. I do get annoyed sometimes that the ‘green’ aspect of gets overdone at times, it’s a cost saving dressed up as environmental responsibility in my opinion. The room was also incredibly expensive for a 3 star hotel.

It was good balance of location and amenities.

Amazing location. Room and bathroom is a good size. Decor is nice.

The air conditioner was not working until our last day. We had two really warm days before that which made it uncomfortable.

room was great, location perfect. quiet despite being centrally located. windows were well sealed to block out noise and light at night. keypad entry was neat and secure. convenient to not have to worry about keeping a key card

Nice hotel in a good location of Florence

They don't offer a breakfast. Room was fine and the hotel is in a great location in Florence. It's very centrally located in the main part of the city.

Great central location. staff on WhatsApp were excellent, fast to respond and attentive. good ammenities and clean.

luggage storage wasn’t the easiest to use (followed instructions and still was problematic. cups and glasses were a little dusty.
