Enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing.

Location was great, close to centre within walking distance. Rooms were spacious renovated modern and clean bathroom was very nice, all extras were provided dryer, iron , nespresso coffee machine, water bottles. Surrounding area also very nice the hotel facade, lobby and staff were excellent. Definitely a 4 star property

Nothing that I didn't like I would have booked longer stay had I seen this earlier. Served all our needs for the duration of our stay.

Great location, super functional room with everything we needed, helpful and responsive staff

Our Room keys stopped working several times - even though we weren’t keeping the cards next to our phones etc. And in one occasion, the coffee pods weren’t replenished when the room was serviced. Neither was a massive thing and both were promptly dealt with as soon as we mentioned it at reception.

・宿泊した部屋は、コネクティングルームで家族4人で滞在。トイレ、浴室が各部屋にあるので効率的に利用ができました。また、浴室のシャワーの水圧は十分で、バスタブがあり、お湯をためてリラックスしたバスタイムを楽しむことができ、日本人としては有りがたかったです。・部屋の中のラジオはBluetooth対応だったので、iPhoneの音楽を再生して楽しみました。・徒歩数分の場所にカルフール（スーパー）があり、飲み物や軽食などの購入にも便利でした。備え付けの冷蔵庫もあったので、飲物などを冷やしておくことができました。・カプセル式コーヒーメーカーがあり、温かいコーヒーを楽しむこともできました。・ロビーにレモンやライムの入ったウォーターサーバーがあり、タクシー待ちの時間にのどを潤せたのもよかったです。・ベッドサイドにUSBポートがあり、スマートフォンの充電に利用でき便利でした。・ドライヤーは、コンセントにさすタイプのもので、風量もあり快適に利用できました。・シャンゼリゼ通りや凱旋門が徒歩圏内。ちょっとした散歩でもパリの雰囲気を十分に満喫できます。

・ベッドサイドのモバイル端末用の充電ポートはタイプCのポートもあるとよかったです。

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was kind and helpful. The bed was huge and so comfortable!

The room was very large and clean. The bed was also quite comfortable.

The room was a bit loud on Friday night. Our neighbors were yelling, bumping the wall, and partying.

Loved it. Nina at the Front Desk was exceptional.

The staff was great!! Nina at the front desk was exceptional. She helped with all our questions regarding Paris and arrange a birthday dinner. Her customer service truly made our vacation a memorable one.

There was a small leak by the bathroom door, which they tried to address.

Alysse and Reechy(sorry for spelling on both names) were amazing and really new there stuff behind the bar. They were kind and helped answer a lot of our questions as first timers in Paris. The front desk staff was very helpful too.

They don't answer customers query.. It is difficult to contact the reception or ask for small things like taxi order They gave a WhatsApp number that they will reply after 1 day or never

Great hotel, great location. Would definitely return!

Great hotel situated in a great location just a 10-15 minute walk from Champs Elysees with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. short distance from train station for Eurostar travellers too.

first impressions were fantastic and Vincent greeted us upon arrival and was absolutely magnificent. Overall the staff were pleasant. On our first night there was a fire alarm at the hotel which was due to the staff burning a pizza at 11:30pm. I appreciate these things happen and it is no one’s fault, however I felt the situation was handled badly and staff in the ground floor bar area just stared at us and other guests when we walked into the lobby and stood outside to be told shortly after it was a false alarm. Overall there was no guidance on what to do or where to go at the time and for all we knew, our hotel was on fire. Other than this and feeling a bit uneasy about it all, the staff were lovely.

A comfortable, convenient and pleasurable experience, and a place I’d love to visit again!

We were very well looked after from start to finish. Luca who checked us in, and Anouska who checked us out were both very friendly, personable and happy to help wherever they could. The hotel design is chic and fresh whilst still retaining the retro radio themed vibe in their branding. The room was big, spacious and we requested a higher floor so we’re delighted with a top floor room! Great easy to travel to location and an all round great experience for us.

Nothing to note, only disappointment was that the roof terrace was closed as we went in March so I assume it’s out of season.

Excellent location in the heart of Paris. Great vibe. Cool bar area. Room was clean and quiet.

Traveling with anything more than a carry on bag makes getting to/from room difficult as you must go up 3-4 stairs before getting to elevators to rooms. Elevator is tiny--barely room for you and bags.

Very good business hotel, will stay again.

Location was great. I was there for business, and needed to meet many clients during my trip. The hotel had a large bar/restaurant area, perfect for holding informal meetings. For this reason, I would definitely stay here again. Plus, staff were friendly, and the rooms are very large compared to other Paris hotels.

Mini bar was not stocked; Hair dryer was very basic; No bathrobe; Food was nice, but not much selection.

Everything was very nice

Everything was very nice. The location is excellent. The rooms and the view of the tower are very beautiful. The reception and the reception staff are helpful and cheerful .. Thank you very much, and we will repeat the stay with them again
