I would be happy to go back.

The location could not be better for central Toulouse. The staff were always helpful. Very good breakfast in a more interesting room than is often the case.

A small point, but the lighting in the bedroom was not very good - fine in the bathroom.

City centre tourist hotel. Everything you would expect.

Location is superb and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was only average at best. We found the bar prices quite high so used local bars instead.

Accueil correct, mais ton obséqieux et ampoulé. La qualité de la salade de fruits du deuxième jour (lundi), vraiment médiocre, alors que celle de la veille était excellente ... Assez bruyant la nuit

Una meravigliosa scoperta a Tolosa

la posizione eccellente, nel punto piu' centrale e piu' bello di Tolosa, la varieta' di ristorantini, bar e negozi nei loro dintorni. Letto confortevole con cuscini perfetti. Cortesia dello staff. Molto piacevole avere ogni giorno due bottigline di acqua in camara anche per usarle con la macchina del caffe' espresso con cialde sia deca che caffè normale. Colazione varia e abbondante per il salato, un pochino meno per il dolce ma c'erano i meravigliosi croissant e pan au chocolat, cosa potevi desiderare di piu' per la prima colazione ?! :D Cosa fondamentale che farà impazzire di gioia tutti gli italiani, in questo hotel ci sono i bidet. Cosa rara negli hotel all'estero, amici italiani, questo hotel e' perfetto anche per noi sotto tutti i punti di vista :)

Solo un piccolo appunto ma e' davvero una sciocchezza. I prodotti da bagno erano troppo basic. Solo sapone liquido da utilizzare per tutto e qualche saponcino. Sarebbe molto piu' pratico per i clienti trovare magari anche un piccolo shamppo , balsamo, crema corpo e altre piccole taglie, al fine di avere gia' tutto a disposizione in hotel.

L'emplacement et la salle de fitness, même si les équipements de la salles ne sont pas récents.

Nous avons attendu de longues minutes car le personnel ne trouvait pas notre réservation. Une fois trouvée nous avons été envoyé dans une chambre tout à fait ordinaire alors ue nous avions réservé une chambre premium. Je suis retournée à l'accueil pour le signaler, le monsieur m'a répondu : "ah oui effectivement vous aviez réservé une premium." Il a à nouveau cherché une chambre disponible et m'a notifié que nous allions être surclassé. J'en conclu donc qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre premium et que ce monsieur le savait c'est pourquoi il nous avait donné une chambre standard initialement. Arrivée dans la nouvelle chambre, pas de surclassement elle correspondait juste à notre réservation initiale. Pas de machine nespresso ni capsules mais une sous marque. Peignoirs rêches, baignoire étriquée et paroie de douche non étanche. Belle vue sur la place du capitole mais impossible de faire une photo car vitres absolument dégoûtante, toute sales et condamnées donc impossible à ouvrir. Pas de room service et aucune indication dans la chambre pour se restaurer. Nous n'avons pas tenté le petit déjeuner... Le personnel a l'accueil avait l'air d'être là depuis une semaine, avec des stagiaires. Cet hôtel est décevant et absolument pas à la hauteur de sa réputation.

La ubicación es perfecta para una escapada de un par de días a Toulouse. el hotel está bien cuidado y limpio. La habitación que nos dieron era amplia y cómoda. El desayuno no estaba mal, quizás un poco justo en variedad.

El primer dia la afluencia en el desayuno desbordó al personal pero a pesar de ello mantuvieron el tipo e intentaron atender lo mejor posible. Un 10 para el personal.

Great hotel and city - would recommend.

Perfect for our 1 night stopover. In fact wish we could have stayed longer. Room was great. Could not fault the breakfast and staff. Really liked this hotel and would recommend. We all enjoyed our visit to Toulouse. A lovely city.

Location is unmatched, Cleanliness was a definitive plus. Quiet rooms.

The location is excellent. the breakfast was really good and it was included in the price. Great public underground parking that the hotel subsidized.

The hallway smelled a bit like sewage but we were not there much so it was ok for us.

Great Central Hotel

Nice, spacious room in the centre of Toulouse. Couldn't be better!

Difficult to find carpark due to new one way and pedestrian systems. Staff very kindly suggested an alternative within essy walking distance.
