Für einen Kurztrip zu empfehlen

Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Sauberes Zimmer. Für einen Kurztripp geeignet. Kurze Entfernung zur Straßenbahn.

Das Ambiente des Frühstücksraum war bescheiden. Frische Brötchen oder Brot wären schöner gewesen.

Für ein paar Tage Urlaub völlig in Ordnung

Gefallen hat mir die günstige Lage zum Bahnhof.

Der Frühstücksraum wirkt sehr kalt und unpersönlich. Da sollte mal über ein neues Konzept oder wenigstens Blümchen auf dem Tisch nachgedacht werden. Die Plätze sind schon sehr eng an der Wand und Stuhl rücken am frühen Morgen ist nicht so gut.

Ein super Hotel mit einer prima Lage in einer tollen Umgebung

Zimmer war für eine einzelne Person mehr als ausreichend, und das Bad war relativ groß. Frühstück war täglich abwechslungsreich und ausgewogen. Die nähe zum Hauptbahnhof, aber auch zur Straßenbahn war vorteilhaft wenn man mit größeren Gepäck reist

Prima hotel voor tussenstop tijdens een lange reis.

We konden bij het hotel (betaald) parkeren. Ontbijt was prima. Het hotel was niet zo ver van het centrum vandaan

Would stay again if in Heidelberg

Friendly staff. I noted that some reviews mentioned unfriendly receptionists but that was not my experience. The staff were all very nice. Good breakfast.

Not meant as a dislike, more of a tip for others. If you are on the top floor - 5th floor - you really hear the rain hitting off the windows in the room which are slanted and not vertical. So ask for non top floor room.

Short, sweet and to the budget

I really wanted a small, short, sweet and to the point room. My room was on the top floor so I had the skylight in my room which I was able to open all the way for the best breeze.

This hotel has an elevator but it doesn't go up to the top floor. Top floor requires you to carry your things up a full flight of stairs. And the one elevator was impossible to use during housekeeping hours. ( not their fault) definitely need a second elevator that also goes up the top

Very good

Location - 10 min walk to main station and from there via tramway to Old Town, vice versa also not far from S-Bahn station. Room was not big, but all what was needed was there. Parking on the street, w/o payment. Buffet breakfast OK. OK place for one-night stay.

Pleasant

I booked a room with breakfast included. But in the morning nobody showed up at the breakfast room. Me and some other guest had to leave without breakfast. Since this hotel is located within the no-man's-land of Heidelberg I had to walt >1 km to find a bakery who sold some breakfast.

Unpretentious hotel that I would recommend.

The hotel room was very clean and it’s got everything you need to feel comfortable. However, everyone would appreciate if there is also available a lower sleeping pillow.

I tried to use my chromecast device to watch some Netflix show for example but unfortunately after connecting to the network it still didn’t work. Probably the internet was not stable.

Great place to visit the city

Very close to the main station, good connection with public transportation, close to McDonalds, KFC, and coffee places. Room was ok, with all you will need and clean.

more variety at breakfast, but the cost - benefit ratio is really good.

Convenient and comfortable place!

City center 10-minute walk to the train station Staff were friendly and helpful Clean and comfortable Perfect breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of fresh things and warm bread.

It would have been nice to have a fridge and coffee machine in the room. The WiFi connection was a bit slow, but it was sufficient for my needs. It would be great if single-use slippery could be provided.

It was good for a night and day exploring heidelberg - 25 minute walk to heidelberg centre or quicker tram. Walk was nice. Friendly staff, free on street parking. Warm rooms.

but no access to tea facilities after 11pm and no kettle in room
