Loved our stay here, would definitely go back.

Friendly helpful staff, clean apartment and common areas, close to water park, not far to walk to beaches and main drag shops and restaurants, can’t fault it for the money!

Not that we didn’t like it but a warning about the pool depth would have helped as we were unprepared and our son couldn’t swim! Bought him some armbands and he was swimming like a pro by day 3 but would’ve been nice to be prepared. Food choices aren’t amazing for fussy kids but we all found something to eat at each meal.

we all had a great time just the pool

food staff and the entertainment where great also people where very friendly

the pool i have issues with my back arms and legs swimming helps me but getting out is a problem, i was in 1 day and got out ok, but the next time i was in i struggled to get out and my partner tried to help me i got to the edge of pool but it was very slippy and fell and could not get up, 3 gentlemen came over and helped me no lifeguard there, i was so embrassed i didnt go back into the pool the rest of my holiday which dissappointed my 10 year old grandson

I liked the apartments and it was very clean.staff where friendly.

I didn't like the evening dinner. I felt there wasn't enough selection of meats.

Lovely relaxing few days break

The price ,the cleanliness , the staff, the food , the drinks . And fresh clams last night. . I ate that many I’m identifying as a clam !

clean staff were great and drinks were good

pool wasn’t a great size but passable and the drinks being in relatively small glass (less than half pint lager but get 2 glasses each time instead gets rid of this problem)

Pleasant break, good size rooms, felt safe, amazing staff just lacking in evening entertainment.

Amazing staff on reception, bar and kitchen areas and maintenance guys. As a solo traveller, I had a couple of things like card key not working, lights fused (receptionist - Yuri was at my door almost instantly accompanied with a female staff member too within minutes of me reporting it as it was late at night) - things that were immediately addressed and the reception staff particularly Christina and Yurin were amazing. Christina helped with arranging my luggage up the stairs, with the help of the bar staff on arrival and maintenance guy on leaving as I have a bad back and also on several occassions Christina had to contact the maintenance guys re door lock/card not working on the first few days. Sergio maintenance guy was so helpful too in helping with the keylock, cases on last day and also tightened the shower head for me when there. I did have to re-request the room to be cleaned but again, during my stay but as soon as it was requested the cleaning staff were there within an hour. Very impressed with the service of the hotel staff. I felt comfortable and safe. Thank you. The food was adequate in choice, but I did find I was living on breadrolls and salad but that's just my taste preference, there was choice, but I don't eat fish or meat outside of chicken for evening. However, I enjoyed the breakfast.

No entertainment in the evenings (stayed 3rd - 10th Sept 2022) apart from Bingo and Karaoke and guest participation and one night only of a drag queen who just mimed to songs. Dancers advertised but that did not happen, ideally you need to have an act on that people can watch and be entertained opposed to self-entertainment, perhaps at least every other night. Room cleanliness could be improved, it was a surface clean whilst there but upon arrival the top bed cover was not clean, although the main bed sheets and pillowcases were fine. The bathroom was not particularly clean on arrival, the sink and shower and actual toilet were fine but the back tiles behind toilet weren't. I did request a reclean and change of bedding and the staff responded immediately addressing my concerns. The rooms do need updating, the microwave is old, the work surface had a split down it but that said to have a room with the option of a kitchen and sofa was a plus.

Disappointing

reception and pools areas etc are nice and fresh.

one fan on bedroom ceiling which does nothing, boiling hot in the room, no air con, had to pay €10 to hire a stand-alone fan and €10 deposit. food was not great at all, pretty much had plain pasta or chips. no snack bars in between breakfast, lunch and dinner which I have always had before. €1 deposit for a plastic cup for drinks when by the pool but you do get it back when you give cup back. generally only 1 person serving at the bar so queues get long.

lovely and relaxing

the pool was lovely,, the food was great and really thought out (as a picky eater myself) i have no complaints about the quality of the food,, bartenders were lovely and some of them really get to know you over your time there

not a place for kid who don’t eat a massive variety of food, but you do get exactly what you pay for

Good Value for the Money

nice complex, just the right size and everything close by a short walk to the centre and the beach

the room was clean but a little tired, a tear on the curtains, the shower head was loose and had to be held in your hand. the food was plentiful but very basic. One of my sons had very limited choices each day with basics just been repeated

It was atrocious, staff lack manners and they are racist!

We did not really like much. The hotel requires A HUGE amount of improvement. However, one positive is that the bar staff did make good cocktails and mocktails.

Within less than 5 hours of our arrival, we experienced racism. The racism was directed towards my 9 year old son. The kitchen staff had a different attitude towards me and my family and I believe this was because we were the only black family at the place. I raised a formal complaint and NEVER heard anything back from the manager. My son did not receive an apology for the way he was treated. I would not in a million years recommend this place for anyone within the black community as you will not be made to feel welcomed nor appreciated. If things couldn’t be worse, the cleanliness of the place was atrocious! The cleaners are not cleaning the rooms properly and the bathroom is of poor hygiene standards. Furthermore, the food was not the greatest, it was very much mediocre. They say it’s an “all inclusive” place but we were not allowed to bring food up to our room to snack on later on. Overall, mine and mt family’s stay was absolutely appalling and I would highly suggest that staff are retrained. This hotel does not merit 3 stars!!

Great value budget accommodation

The apartment was great, spacious and very clean. Some of the reviews here are unfair as you need to remember/realise you are booking budget accommodation and the value for us was outstanding. We went all inclusive, the buffet was mostly the same things most days but always found something we liked and did not go hungry! Pool was a decent size and not overcrowded and pool area was very chilled out with plenty of tables and loungers. All the staff were lovely and friendly.

Only things that could have been better were the beds as they were pretty thin and solid mattresses and a fan in the room would have been great as the ceiling fan didn't do much.

The worst hotel that I have even stayed and worst experience !!!

The only decent thing was the location in this hotel

As specified by the hotel manager it is a “Self catering hotel” therefore you can’t have without charge any of the basic amenities. The room was dirty and there were cockroaches. The cleaning of the room was every 2 days and you had to chase in order to be done. There was only one fan in the room and there was no possibility of a room with a/c as they were broken in the past and never fixed them. The breakfast was every day the same with small variety and there were no fresh fruits.
