Für einen günstigen Kurztrip völlig in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft war zentral, der Preis völlig in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Das Personal ist jung und freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich momentan in der Renovierung bzw. Modernisierung.

Das Bad bräuchte dringend eine Sanierung. In der Dusche waren die Schimmelspuren nicht zu übersehen. Ich durfte beim Duschen nicht hinsehen. Unsere Tür sah aufgebrochen aus, das Schloss wurde scheinbar ausgetauscht die Löcher mit Papier zugestopft. Ich nehme an es wurden neue moderne Schlösser eingebaut.

Comfortable stay

Kind and helpful staff. I had a beautiful room with an exceptional hygiene! Free parking is a great bonus, especially for this part of the town. Definitely will come back here.

Lite. En humoristisk ung mann i resepsjonen. Det hans kvinnelige kollega fortalte meg at det ikke var hennes problem at wifi ikke funket som forventet, sa den unge mannen; jada vi skriver vi har wifi , men vi lover ikke at den virker… sannsynlig årsak; voldsomt Lyn og tordenvær dagen før

gute Lage - zum Nächtigen in Ordnung - kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen

gute Lage/ grundsätzlich sauber/ gutes W-Lan

- schlechtes Frühstück (nur Filterkaffee, Spiegelei kalt, geringe Auswahl) - Personal gleichgültig (eine einzige Dame der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit - jeden Abend mindesten 2 Busse mit Gästen für eine Nacht die am Abend die Lobby und in der Früh den Frühstücksraum belagern , alles mit Fingern angreifen, kein Personal anwesend beim Frühstück (lediglich zum Tische abräumen und Geschirr nachschlichten) - Hotel wird gerade renoviert was auch notwendig ist

An unwise choice of hotel considering the expectations, but also mislead by other reviews

Employee kindness, the rapid preparation of the baby crib adaption and the parking

The hotel was chosen for the available facilities - parking and breakfast. But first disappointment was the size of the room (considering 4 stars hotel). Afterwards breakfast was really basic, no vegetable at all, bad filter cofee.

Fabulous

This hotel and its staff are fabulous. It was my third stay. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept. The bathroom was very clean with ample towels and toiletries. Breakfast was delish! Lots of self serve options, hot and cold. The staff at reception and restaurant were very warm and helpful and most guest came back again and were recognized. It tells a lot about the fine vibes of the Hotel. Can’t wait to come back again.

Very good

Breakfast was good, a few options every morning so worth the money. lots of grocery stores around and a mall close by. Hotel restaurant was superb and the staff was very nice and helpful, food was affordable with huge portions.

dissapointing, stuff rude.

Big dissapointment. I have booked Executive Double or twin room, but I forgot to change to 2 people, but booked and paid room with two beds. When I arrived that room was not available, they asked me to pay 10$ more for 2nd person and gave me Basic small 2 beds room that is a lot cheaper that I initially paid. Receptionist was rude and unpleasnt, would not allow me to ask any question and in addition I had to wait 20 minutes for they to find me a key in some bag of keys. So not only I paid executive room for two, i paid extra for 2nd person and got basic room that was double cheaper. Whenever I tried to tell her that I initially have Booking for Executive double with two beds she said that is not free. This is my god knows which stay in that hotel, but the last one, i travelled from Asia to Europe and never had any receptionist to look or talk to me like i am dum fool.
