This was the perfect property for our crew! The unit was more spacious than I expected it would be. Loved the ground floor patio door access to the parking lot. I hadn't even thought until we arrived how close we would be to the fireworks. We watched right from the patio. It worked out great. Well-outfitted kitchen. All of the property staff were so friendly and helpful. Would absolutely make a return visit!

Short stay on Grand
Short stay on Grand
Jan was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The pictures didn’t do the place justice, it is actually nicer than they show. We were able to rent jet skis 1/2 mile away. We would have went parasailing as well, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Public launch ramp and fishing are within 1/2 mile as well. Cooked all of our meals in the condo. All of the utensils and cooking supplies we would need. The grill only got up to 275 degrees, so it took us a little longer than expected for supper. That is the only issue we had with the entire stay.
