Lovely place to chill for a couple of days.

Buffet was sensational, The beach area was perfect.

One of the best starts i've ever had.

It absolutely exceed all of my expectations. The staff went out of their way to make it a truly magical stay. The pool bar opens nice and early at 9am, there is an INCREDIBLE shop that sells pastries and coffee and ice creams throughout the day, the pool is well sectioned into kid areas, adults only areas and communal areas, the buffet breakfast was the best i've ever experienced and the view from the sea view rooms was amazing. Wifi was great throughout and rooms have chrome casting. Absolutely outstanding stay.

Relaxing and welcoming. The staff are wonderful.

We loved the pool area and private beach. The fun club is great for the kids.

The TV in our room was very poor quality and the sound was not great. At the breakfast area you cannot get a barrister style coffee like a latte. The machines are not the same.

Super easy and enjoyable stay for families!

Very family friendly hotel with great amenities for children!!! Lots of additional inclusions which just made the stay that more enjoyable - balloon animals during breakfast, free ice-cream in the afternoon, craft activities, kids club, pool activities, movies by the beach, kayaking, drinking water bottles, washing and drying facilities on each level. Huge breakfast buffet offering. Very easy and enjoyable stay!

Tropical escape

Location and the seaview is spectacular. Tiny private beach is a great place to relax or do some water sports. Staff is kind and professional. Hotel has a very holiday like atmostphere.

The pool and bar closes quite early. There is nothing else to do on the premises after 9pm.

Lost precious vacation time due to bad service and Poor cost performance

Nice breakfast Good Location, close to the beach

Room not ready at check-in time(Take 1.5 hours, No update by staff) - We arrived at 3pm(Check-in) time, but the room was not ready and other visitors also faced same situation. - Hotel staff informed me they give me a calling once they're ready. - They gave me One free restaurant drink coupon, But No calling for 1.5 hours. - Finally i tried to check the status, then they just assigned the room. I'm not sure they forgot to make call or .... - My friend was waiting for my check-in, and we wasted the time until our dinner... - Lost my life time will not be returned with drink coupons.

Good resort stay with family with pool and water sports. Really enjoyed!

Room, Location and breakfast was all good. Room was not arranged for 3 guests even when the booking was for 3 member family. Check-in was bit slow, improvement required especially when online check-in forms where filled in advance and even credit card detail was available.

Car parking was open and that too away from Hotel, during rain/hot sun not that convenient. But considering a resort style stay its manageable.

Nice location; in front of a bus station. The laundry room was also good.

The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was not bad, but not excellent.

There were some problems with the booking, but the stay was good

I liked that the hotel is pretty huge and spacious. We are staying at this hotel for the third time and we really like that pool zone is very nice. The restaurant food has lots of variety and is delicious.

1.The beach is very dirty and looks bad. 2.There was a problem with booking.com when I booked this hotel, it charged the full amount of the stay prior two weeks before the stay. However, at the booking.com I chose the option where I can pay at the property when I check in. When I contacted the hotel about this issue, they couldn’t solve the problem.

Disappointing

Good location , friendly staff

Not really good value for money , the rest of the beach is clean until you arrive at the Shangri-La then it’s just covered in Rubbish not just on the shoreline ,but also all up around the seating area. Then also the pool was closed so nowhere to swim , cleaners trying to get into the room to clean at 10am is too early in my opinion.

Very bad experience

I liked the view &location of the property .

The service and the amanities in the room . Rooms amenities are not clean . Specially the bed sheet . I came here to remember my childhood memories but I was very unhappy about their service .

A good choice for family trip with young children.

Overall it was a very good experience for us. Would love to revisit the stay again next time.

We checked in during the busy hours and waited for quite a while before our turn. We were warmly served by Shawn Tan (Asst Front Office Manager) and chatted a bit with him. It was very nice of him to offer us a complimentary buffet dinner upon knowing that my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We were also offered a box of chocolate and cake. The next day, although the queue for breakfast at Silver Shell Cafe was long, again due to the peak hour, we managed to find our way to the Business Lounge for a quite breakfast with ample seats. We were glad Shangri-La offers this option for guests without children. Overall we had a very memorable anniversary celebration.

All good. I have no other comments. I think the staff took really good care of us throughout stay there over the weekend. That’s all I have for now.

Elegant, fun, and classy

Private beach and facilities

Check-in and Check-out processes are very slow. No detailed explanation by the staff about the expenses that I had to pay extra for some things that I thought would be included as a voucher from the hotel. It turned out that you pay for the voucher.

早餐和晚餐選擇很多，但希望能多一點本地傳統食物，讓我們可以體驗當地文化。

這次入住的房間保險櫃在入住的時候就已經鎖住了，怎樣都打不開，以至於我們要帶著貴重物品去游泳，這樣非常不好。希望保潔人員能在每次客人退房後都能檢查一遍並確保下一位住客能入場使如常使用，這非常重要。

Not again

There were many things to do near the hotel & some staff were very helpful. There was a decent breakfast offering (but arrive before 9am).

The 'adult only' section was simply a rope across the pool separating the sides so it was very loud & splashy. The activities were broadcast on loudspeaker so there wasn't really anywhere to relax. Getting a taxi was very difficult. I have stayed in Shangri La's before & always had exceptional service, however here felt tired & somewhere like we were an inconvenience, maybe as it was the holiday season. I have never really had issues with a hotel before but this was way overpriced compared to the normal 5* Shangri La experience & I would not recommend staying here.

good place for family with kids

spacious room and great place for family staycation. Can order breakfast using QR code and it was promptly delivered to table.

Wish more shuttle schedule available from MRT to hotel and more staff at pool side area. Time slots were reserved for pool and beach but pool side chairs were not cleared so it's difficult to check empty seats.

Was enjoyable.

Breakfast was good with a good choice of foods, buffet dinners were very expensive especially for children who eat next to nothing.

Children choose daughter 6 years old not much of a choice unless they eat the same foods as the adults.

我們住在這裡兩個晚上，泳池跟沙灘讓我們有著非常棒的假期，如果能改善房間老舊跟溼氣問題這絕對是一間很棒的飯店。

游泳池跟私人沙灘很完美！

房間過於潮溼、枕頭太軟、浴室蓮蓬頭水管的地方有壞掉，一邊洗澡會一邊噴很多水出來。

Relaxing!

Shangrila Rasa has always been my favourite hotel as it offers various activities for the family. I like the welcome drinks and ice cream! :) Nice view of the sea, sun and sky!

I prefer having bidet :)

An amazing experience

Amazing view A lot of things to do inside the island itself. Very helpful staff! And I would like to thank in particular Micah, who was so helpful during my stay, not only when I needed something inside, even for her recommendations to places to visits outside.

The cost for laundry is really expensive.
