Wonderfully relaxing

The hotel is situated about 500-800 metres from lots of other smaller hotels, restaurants and shops, all within easy walking distance for Happy Hour cocktails. The view from the hotel breakfast room is just gorgeous and we loved the small shaded beach open cabanas right on the beachfront and looking towards Nusa Penida. Nice shower open to the sky in a very decent-sized bathroom and the rooms are spacious. Gardens huge and well-kept. It's terrific for a relaxing week.

The meals at the open restaurant were a bit on the bland side - or perhaps just what we chose. The mattresses in some of the cabanas are probably due for replacement but we accept that so many places are still recovering after such long lockdowns.

nice surroundings but needs maintainance

very nice and well maintained gardens, stunning views on the mountains, good location further away from mass tourism, but still lots of restaurants within walking distance. spacious villas, although they need more maintenance/renovation, daily room cleaning well done. we didn’t use spa, but the area looked very nice, well maintained with nice views and gardens.

The whole place needs some serious investments/maintenance, especially the common areas - lobby and the breakfast area/restaurant. The breakfast buffet looked just sad, food was there but it didn’t look encouraging. The cleanness of the area was also not up to a 4star standards. The pool area looked slightly sad too, umbrellas were not out, sun beds not out, mattresses not out, but we could see them piled up in the storage. Even-though the hotel advertises yoga classes several times a week, there was nothing complementary available for the hotel guests. no real beach

Location is nice and quiet. Nice view across the bay.

Staff was corteous but not as welcoming as in their sister property in Puri Bagus Lovina. Also food was better in PB Lovina.

Amazing location, wonderful staff, expected more.

Like many Bali resorts this one is recovering from Covid. The staff are Bali-sweet, the villas are private, the beach is 20 steps away. Loved the raised platforms over the beach for morning meditation or evening glass of wine,

Many of the older (this one is 32 years old) need cosmetic upgrades but that doesn’t take away from the staff, the location, and the privacy.

We were sorry to leave when we had to move on but would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast very good value and the best Pineapple juices that I had on our holiday. Location of hotel facing the sea was very good. The swimming pool was again the best that we experienced. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Outside bathroom and shower. Room service everyday.

Loved everything about the place.

Overall a good stay, not the best but comfortable and extremely friendly staff.

The staff were fantastic; friendly, helpful and very polite. Good English was spoken by the majority Beds were comfortable and made up each day

It is very old and tired. The pool lounges were worn and battered. The cushions were dirty, torn and badly in need of replacement, as were the mattresses/cushions on some of the platforms Outdoor bathrooms would be lovely, it is wasn't like a sauna every time you entered it, by the time you had showered and dried off you were in need of another shower Bathroom sinks weren't cleaned at all during out stay, towels etc were replaced though Chairs on the balconies were very uncomfortable, and again, the cushions dirty and very old (one even had a cigarette burn) Smoking allowed in the restaurants which was very off putting and made eating there unpleasant

Very professional staff across the hotel, starting from front desk, pool attendant up to restaurant. Very good quality of the food and drinks, clean rooms and professional cleaning service.
