Great place for a honeymoon, private, special and was treated like royalty.

From the minutes you arrived you are treated like royalty from the staff. The hotel was beautiful and even thought it could facility so many people it didn't feel crowded, we could be in our own private world.

The location, it was out of the way and if you wanted to go anywhere it was an hour trip, it would be good if the hotel offered complimentary transfers to main areas.

Geweldig !

Prachtig rustig hotel … we hadden onze kamer met een eigen zwembadje maar ook een groot lang zwembad en strand met voldoende ligstoelen … Alles heel netjes en clean … aan het ontbijtbuffet ontbrak er niets … in de restaurants van het hotel ook heel lekker gegeten

Ligt wel afgelegen … je hebt wel een auto nodig als je iets van het eiland wil zien

I had an issue with the breakfast They put pork with a sign saying was turkey. I am allergic to pork so I had issues for two days.

Loved the beach and had a great holiday

- Beach was fabulous - Nice entertainment in the evening - Large property.. so feels less crowded - Very nice spa that offers various options

- Some rooms are not renovated and have a tired look - All menus (restaurants and room service) have very few vegetarian options if you don’t want to eat salad

Awesome resort

Great vacation. The private beach is really nice and has all the comfortable facilities, plus you can order food & drinks from the bar with a QR code straight to your beach bed :) The closest village is Panoramos and it's very cozy and calm, Rethymnon is about 20 min drive by car and is also great to visit.

The private pool in our room didn't have much privacy (could be seen from the public path to the beach and from the balconies of the rooms of the above floor

Amazing, quiet and classy

One of the most amazing hotels we have ever been!!! The property is huge, a giant swimming pool, two beaches, a grocery and a lot of other things. A lot of restaurants 5 min drive. The rooms are very clean and comfortable especially the beds. The staff does everything to satisfy you. The breakfast is delicious, a vareity of choices. If you seek for a calm and classy this is the place for you!!

- Staff was very friendly and at all times helpful - Beach facility and sandy sea access (super clear water) - Daily entertainment throughout the day, incl. varying programm in the evening. As hotel guests we felt the hotel management was very committed to make the stay unforgettable, through beyond expectation evening settings, such as beach parties with DJ, etc. - Daily little sweet something‘s in the room - Hotel app

- We had a hick-up on our first evening when we arrived late. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and our hairdryer was in a box filled with water. When the cleaning staff came, they took the hairdryer with them and did not bring it back. - While the hotel has been newly renovated, some older infrastructure still remain such as room AC, public hotel bathroom‘s

Amazing Stay! We booked a family villa with a private pool, don’t regret it! Amazing hotel location and facilities are amazing, staff are very friendly and accomodating, excellent restaurants and restaurant staff are also very kind and helpful! Definitely recommend, next time we’re in Crete we’ll be back!

We felt that we were scammed. We didn’t enjoy.

The beach.

Their marketing on social media and the pictures on Booking.com is a scam. It’s not worth 5 stars. I think it’s because it’s managed by Hilton that they can pay for fake reviews and good marketing. If you look for a nice 5 stars go to Acro Suites or La Mer Resort & Spa.

would definitely come here again. shame that we didn’t stay longer

All facilities provided was everything you needed. place to relax, swim, eat, drink. the lot. staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way and very friendly. Arina at front desk was fantastic, Katerina by the pool was very pleasant, Georgious at dinner was very friendly.

my joy for this place was so high I can’t think of any.

No smart TVs

Food was good.

They had no smart TVs; therefore, you cannot watch Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc., There were only 10 channels and only 2 were in English. The beds were very hard and they push 2 singles together to make a queen. The blankets were tiny, I felt like I was in a child's bed! The room was small also. For a "5 star" RESORT I was excepting at least the basics. When I brought up these concerns and wanted to leave, they made it very difficult me and I lost a half of day over this. They kept saying they couldn't help me and its up to the owner. When I asked if I could talk to him they said no, he is an important and busy guy.

very nice and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, amazing breakfast (dinner as well), free transfer to the sister-hotel, a working wifi. all in all a place I’d go back to.

Perfect vacation

Excellent facilities, private beach and big pool that you can swim if this is what you are looking for. The service from the team was personal and outstanding. We had a small incident and they took full care of it very fast. The location is 20 minutes drive from the city which give a great opportunity to find a nice taverna for dinner

We were at the end of the season and so the weather started to be a little cold in the private pool which is not warmed.

Lovely place and delicious food.

The multitude of things to do, the diversity of the food, the staff, the view.

We payed a serious amount of money to have a private pool for our honeymoon. but Our pool was not that private, a lot of people were passing by and looked into the yard we were placed. We asked for a different private room after 5 days of stay and it was possible… our question was why not give us that room in the first place giving the fact the we mentioned that it was our honeymoon. - Ants everywhere.

Pleasant

Food was very good and the hotel layout worked brilliantly.

The towels were old, some were frayed and others had holes in. The room was never cleaned properly, nor were the coffee pods, toilet paper, shower gels or water fully replaced or our things tidied. I also found the more senior staff very cold and unapproachable. The restaurant staff were lovely, however.
