Hotel molto bello, pulito e vicinissimo alla stazione porta nuova e al centro della città. Il servizio è eccezionale e il personale molto attento e cordiale, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza al fine di rendere il più possibile il soggiorno confortevole.

Never recommend to stay here

The rooms were old. Didn't have enough bedding. The bed was broken. The hotel froze my money on the card and has not blocked it for a month. I will never stay here again, unfortunately.

Confortevole soggiorno a Torino.

La camera era molto pulita ed accogliente. Dotata di tutto il necessario. Pulizia della stanza e cambio di asciugamani quotidiano. Ottima posizione, vicina alla stazione ed a tutte le attrazioni principali da visitare, raggiungibili a piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze, bar, pizzerie, panifici. Consigliato!!

The perfect hotel if you are catching an early train from Torino Porta Nuova; clean, comfy, friendly

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the station, and wasn’t expecting it to be so comfortable. I had to leave before breakfast, so can’t comment on that, but the welcome was warm, the bed comfortable, the shower worked and the room was a decent size. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money

Me tuvieron que cambiar la habitación por que era muy ruidosa y no le funcionaba la calefacción. Lo hicieron pronto y bien.

la posizione era perfetta e la pulizia degli ambienti era impeccabile. staff estremamente cordiale e sempre disponibile, camera molto spaziosa e arredi di buon gusto sia nelle aree comuni che per quanto riguarda la camera da noi scelta.

Fantastic Location at the right price

Excellent value for money. Fantastic location just in front of Porta Nuova. Close to train station, Metro and bus station. Also within walking distance to all the main attractions! Rooms are cosy and comfortable and are kept incredibly clean by dedicated staff. Reception staff was always ready to help with every question.

Centrale ligging prima kamers en vriendelijk personeel

De eerste nacht hadden we een kamer aan de voorkant. Daar is enorm veel herrie van de tram die vaak langsrijdt. Ook ander verkeer zoals ambulances zijn heel hard te horen. Op ons verzoek kregen we direct een andere kamer. Die was uitstekend.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Obsługa sympatyczna i pomocna, a rano gratis kawka z uwagi na brak śniadań w hotelu.

Superb

Since it is a 2 star hotel it was much much better than what I was expecting. During my trip to Italy I stayed in 4 hotels (the others were 3 stared, well reviewed hotels); this one was the best. Plus both the room and the bathroom is enormous!

Superb

Very clean. Superb location for the centre and Porto Nuova. Good sized room for price in an historic building with character. Superb shower though it took a while to come out hot but worth the wait.
