Very pleasant stay in Denpasar

Lovely staff. Everyone is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very charming, with historical relevance and traditional style. The aircon in the room really works. The room was always fresh and cool. Easy sleep.

Just to be picky, the bathroom was a bit dated but it is kept cleaned.

Sampaikan ke manajemen Perlakukan dengan baik properti aset BUMN tsb dg semestinya dan selayaknya Maintenance dan kelola dengan baik. Kmd promosikan, spy biaya perawatan n gaji karyawan bisa tercukupi dr hasil hotel tsb Spy TDK defisit. Sy melihat nya sangat memprihatinkan. Shower, nyalanya keci sekali Dan ada bbrp bag ruangan yg seharusnya SDH waktunya di renovasi. Terimakasih

Very, very dirty and hence unpleasant.

They allowed us for early check in when we arrived in the early morning (after paying additionally). Hotel is also located in the centre of Denpasar.

That was the most dirty accomodation that we had in whole Indonesia. The bedsheets, the walls, the towels - everything was extremely dirty and stinky. It was very unpleasant even to lay on the bed there or to touch anything. It’s the oldest hotel in Bali and it looks so - required full redecoration.

Relaxed Friendly clean and comfortable , right in the middle of town

Nice old school relaxed place to stay , had everything I needed and very friendly helpful staff.

Hot water was adequate ,just, if I was staying for a week or two I might need to find a way to work around that

Good for a short stay

Kind staff, and quick check-in process. Good location for the airport. Nice surrounding areas.

Everything needs renovation, like towels or sheets. At least the shower curtain as it was really dirty.

Food was excellent. Staff very friendly. Location was convenient.

Mix up over breakfast being includes, although this was sorted quickly. Bathroom was tired to say the least.

Perfect location in this heritage hotel. Walking distance from Bali museum. Beautiful garden with pool, lovely and helpful staff. Restaurant.

Bathroom bit outdated but didn’t bother me. Breakfast not special, but ok.

Travel food must be.. we wanna enjoy the overseas food n delicious. And it surround hv good food.

Second place we will look at the toilet.. if the toilet maintained well, we happy.

Lovely hotel built a long time ago getting a bit run down but still beautiful and clean Staff were lovely and helpful

We enjoyed our stay and reception staff were professional and helpful.We would stay again for the value charged.

it is. ‘Heritage Hotel’ as the name describes. Quite lovely gardens welcomed us to our room. staff were welcoming and attentive.

As Heritage property it has aged and it is time for makeovers especially in the bathroom area. Air conditioning worked well though aged. Our double room was amply spaced and large cupboards catered for holiday clothing…. ( but no hangers). The breakfast menu could be broadened and especially the dinner menu. By the way … NO BINTANG!

The history and the Spartan furniture like in the (g)olden days. Close to Bali museum and Badung market.

Very nice staff. Great location. Only 30 minute drive from airport

One of the bedsheets had a stain. There were a lot of dead bugs in the pool. There had clearly not been vacuumed all over the room

Perfection

Very nice hotel, i extended to 2 nights, the room so bigger than i expected to be, super high ceiling which i loved, i like the architecture, close to everywhere, definitely coming back, good job guys

The side lamp over the bed was broken, and its super old like antique, maybe 70 yo and the older lady in front office, shes not very good at math apparently, so sad, not using calculator in front of her, but its not what i didnt like tho, dont misunderstanding, i love everything about this hotel.
