Exceptional

Great location, and wonderful staff, the hotel owner is simply one of the best businesswomen I ever met in my life. A pure kind and gentle soul. They recently renovated the rooms and the staying is even more comfortable. Thank you The One Cozy Vacation Residence! You made our experience unforgivable!

We have stayed at the one cozy before so we kind of new what to expect. There were little things that were missing this ie tea and coffee in the room and there wasn't an option for us to order food like we could before. But saying that it is a lovely hotel the staff are all very nice and we would definitely stay again.

There isn't anything not to like about this hotel. They could just do with bringing back the small things ie tea and coffee

spacious residence with everything you could possibly need - free water everyday, cleaned regularly and laundry service available at reception also. friendly, helpful staff. nice pool.

the water in the shower was never hot/warm. as a solo female traveller I felt quite secluded as I stayed in a house at the back of the property.

Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again

Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to all the gyms and shops on the SOI street. Property also has a pool which is a bonus if you want to cool down.

Mauythai training holiday Chalong........

I've stayed there 3 times over 3 years, nice comfy double bed, a fantastic pool, and nice staff, on the fitness street so easy walk for training. A really nice place for family also, all around great experience.

I cant fault anything for the price, maybe the shower pressure was soft, but hey you can have a shower, jump in the pool tgen there is a cold outdoor shower by the pool that is great.

Excellent value, spacious room, kind and helpful staff.

Wifi was unpredictable; sometimes excellent, but unpredictable outages. If you don't need to do work while visiting it's not a problem.

Budget accommodation

I think it is good for the value. Cleaning was good.

Air con noisy and straight on bed, no cutlery in the room with water boiler. Boiler in the shower did not work, so only cold water. Toilet paper had to be put to the bin. Looks a bit old, roads in the yard would need some powerwashing and the room key was massive to carry around and metal ring was welded shut so you could not just take the key. Beds were okay but the pillow was very hard and I took 3days of neck/back massages before I figured out the reason.

I would not stay here again. Pictures on the website made the place look nicer than it was.

The location was interesting with some nice places to eat. The rooms were inexpensive and clean. Staff was friendly.

Website said breakfast was available which it wasn’t. Place is run down and lacking attention to detail. Beds were hard and rooms need some updating.

I wish I had more time to research. But ok for what I paid

Taking into account that all the places around that street cater mainly for martial arts guests, it would be OK for a person travelling for that purpose. Helpful staff as you will find in any Thai establishment. Very quiet as it is far away from the center of the busy street. Great Tripadvisor rated restaurant with amazing menu just opposite the place.

Breakfast is not good, very oily. Rather have breakfast at any of the martial arts gyms and surrounding places. Better value for money and healthier food. Place is far away from most places if you walk. Place can be accessed all around by anyone not living there, it is not cordoned off like many other places with walls or units. They warn against potential break-ins.
