Enjoyed our 3 night stay in August.Great location,very friendly staff.Would recommend.

Location,5 mins to shops,and 5 mins to Lake.Great Mountain View’s.Clean and comfortable.Breakfast very good,8am to 9am.Staff excellent.Would certainly return.

Parking is an issue,although there are 2 public car parks close by.You may be lucky to get a free space on the roadside opposite,we did on the 2nd day.You can park outside the property between 4 pm and 10am.Stairs could be an issue for the less mobile.

Beautiful location. Easy walk into the center and easy walk to the lake, great views. Would return.

Loved our room with a wonderful view. The bed was very comfortable. Maybe let people know that it is up several flights of stairs. Also loved the breakfast and staff were very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay and would readily return!

Very spacious room, nice view, arm chairs in bay window; large en-suite with powerful shower. Excellent breakfast served by busy but helpful staff. Setting is ideal: on edge of the town central area, but quiet and looking away to the south/east, a stone's throw from beautiful Hope Park and then the idyllic lake.

Small things, but rubbish could have been removed from room bin in a 6 night stay, clean/dry towels a bit more often - and ideally somewhere to dry our shower towels in the bathroom, even on wet summer days.

Very pleasant breakfast staff and top breakfast. Could walk everywhere. Comfortable room.

Aggressive unpleasant behaviour by host on arrival. Paying for a day's breakfast and accommodation we did not have. Difficulty parking.

In summary, it met all our needs and the location was great.

Good sized room with great views. Excellent location. Good breakfast.

We hadn’t realises that the room wasn’t serviced. No bed make or change of towels, although new towels could be requested. Strict adherence to a a pm check in seemed a bit weird. Due to council restriction, parking is restricted.

Good choice

The owners and staff were all lovely. Breakfast was a real treat. Good choices and freshly made, a great way to start the day. Well located for getting public transport, wandering down to the lake or around the town.

The room was a bit smaller than it appeared in the photos.

It was pleasant to re-visit places that we had been to in the past 60 years.

We found the stairs quite daunting....for an elderly couple! Parking was very restricted because of council regulation; we realise that this is out of the owner's control.

Perfect Place to Stay in Keswick!

Ivan and Holly were the best hosts at this lovely inn in a perfect location in Keswick. They were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and hikes. Every morning they prepared and served a delicious breakfast in the pretty breakfast room. The B&B is walking distance to the lake and launch boat that can take you across the lake for hiking. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner. (We loved Fellpack and The Pocket.) The Theatre by the Lake is just a five minute walk too.

Perfect guesthouse, location and hosts.

The location was in the heart of the town and in the quieter area close to the lake. The property was immaculate, stylish and extremely comfortable. Room was exactly as shown in the photo used and had the most comfortably bed ever. The bathroom was very stylish, lovely and warm and provided locally produced cleansing products. There was every choice you could wish for for breakfast. The owners were delightful and always found a moment to chat and take an interest in their guests.

Everything. It was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. Room was warm, clean and comfortable. Really convenient for town centre and Derwent water was right on the doorstep.
