Good accommodation for a very quick trip (2 nights) My room was a bit dated but it was good value for money during peak

Very central location. Close to the beach and shops.

It was noisy at night because it was so close to the shopping mall as well as the construction that was going on next door.

Very enjoyable due to the wonderful location, we were very comfortable. And the views were lovely. Would recommend Vict

The Location is amazing and the size of apartment, it was very spacious with a good sized balcony. Also, great value for money.

Dated, especially the bathrooms. Having a big climb up into the bath to take shower. Remotes for ceiling fans didn’t appear to work.

Unit needs attention: cracked cups, toaster not working, bathroom bench broken. This bath is dangerous to enter and exit unless tall. 3rd bedroom no a/c. Hall cupboard a mess. Generally tired!!!

Disappointing

location

Upon our arrival to unit lounge room had food stuck to couch, red lipstick smeared on dining table. Saucer and sharp knife in bedroom draws, rubbish under one of single beds and remote was missing for one of bedrooms so couldn't use light or fan.

Our stay was amazing have no complaints, would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location right in the heart of Broadbeach where there are many restaurants, bars and shopping, including Woolworths. Beach only 500 meters away, pool and outdoor area on the 4th floor. Apartment was very large great amenities and balcony, fully equipped kitchen , laundry and 2 bathrooms.

amazing accommodation easy access to shops, restaurants and train. will stay again.

Beach was just at the end of the mall . very handy. walking distance. Pool was a floor down ,clean and handy.

Excellent location and close to the beach, restaurants and everything. Woolies and other shops are just across the Broadbeach mall. Everything is in walking distance including the Casino. The Broadbeach tavern and the Kurrawa surf club are just at the end of the mall. The apartment is quite a large size for a 2 bedroom.

What we didn't like, which was no fault of the apartments, was the big dumpster bins being emptied from about 5.30-5.45am every morning. You cannot sleep in as it is very noisy with all the loud banging going on, which goes on for quite a while up the street.

Top location but room configuration not as advertised.

Excellent location. I booked a large group and keys can be an issue but three per unit was so helpful.

As we had no couples I believed I had booked 3 units with 3 twin bedrooms. I found out after booking that there are only two of those in the complex so I requested those. We didn't get any of the configuration I booked and had we not had a few people drop out this would have been an issue.

Old appartments desperately needs renovations. No options for late checkout and did not allow for storing bags after checkout.

Close to restaurants, shops and beach.

Beds were so hard. One shower didn’t work and wasn’t fixed while we were there even though we reported to reception.

Superb

Perfect from the start. We asked for an early check in as we were seeing a show @ 1pm. Lyn got back to me straight away and it wasn't a problem. When we went to check in Lyn met us in the foyer to explain a water leak on our floor had happened during the night. It hadn't affected our apartment just the lift area on our floor, I really appreciated the time taken by Lyn. The apartment was clean and much bigger than I thought it would be. The location was perfect for the plans we had made. Great value for money also. I would highly recommend.

Excellent property that allowed us to explore the Gold Coast.

Large and spacious. Clean. Good location. Excellent kitchen facilities.

View wasn’t amazing but we didn’t spend much time on the balcony as we were busy!!

Great locations with plenty of space.

Great location and lots of space. Fully set up for long stay with good kitchen, laundrey and separate living areas.

Bathrooms need a full refurbish. It is all getting a bit old and dated.

Excellent and will definitely book there again

Location, being close to the beach, shopping centre(s), restaurants and cafes. The Casino was also close by, as was the tram service. Although the Apartments are of an older style, but the room was spacious and airy. The relieving Managers could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Nothing comes to mind about the room, although the noise from the garbage bins being emptied in the next street each morning was a bit annoying.

the location was excellent, size of apartment was fantastic

our apartment did not look at all like photos on booking sites. very outdated and sad. Aircond in common areas and second bedroom did not work. no hot water in hand basin in on suite. Looked like a new tv, but nobody had even bothered to connect it. Headboard on main bed had fallen off wall. Carpets were worn, old and stained. Beds were old and a little sad. Unfortunately the location was the best thing about this apartment.

Disappointing

Location excellent. Size was great too. Views amazing.

Dirty windows. Smelly blankets.. Dated and unkept. Eveythibg was old,.... Iron stained clothes. Air con unit on balcony totally rusted, not a good look.
