nie wieder

es war wahrlich ein alptraum, denn es so eigendlich nicht geben darf. ich hatte ein zimmer parkseite gebucht, dann geändert auf getrennte betten. bekommen habe ich ein zimmer hofseitig, 27,5 grad (klimaanlage defekt) verraucht, und das für ein 4* ,eher eine bewertung bei der eröffnung, jetzt maximal 1*-2* höchstens. bei meiner reklamation wegen des zimmers und weil die gäste am gang rauchten wurde keine reaktion gezeigt, nur ein zimmer, was stadtblick hatte wurde uns als alternatiefe angeboten. wir besichtigten das zimmer es war punkto einrichtung besser, aber genauso verraucht und die musik der hochzeit, man könnte meinen das sie im zimmer spielte. (war darunter) also blieben wir im ersten zimmer. um 2 uhr kamen die gäste, man redete am gang (das gespräch könnte neben meinen bett stattgefunden haben so laut) und rauchte wieder. das frühstück gab mir den rest, rühreier die sicher schon 2 stunden im rechaud waren, wurst und käsesachen die von hochzeitsbuffet waren und ein hinweis, der nicht weggeräumten tassen bei der kaffeemaschiene, das der ungeniesbar sei. man sitzt bei den abgeräumten tischen der hochzeit. ich zahlte für das schlechteste upgrade und ab die schlüsselkarten mit den eckelhaften etuie ab mit den ergebnis, nie wieder.

First hotel come across in travels where room has no tea/coffee making facility including no kettle for hot water. The table in the room not ideal as a work desk. Bar fridge in our room did not work but was replaced by helpful team.

Location, hotel flair (!), 🅿️ Service, in the evening always very attentive, professional, excellent!

Recommendation: for breakfast: order coffee only a la card (2,—KM). Service (in the morning) facing away from the guest..., breakfast somehow doesn't suit the Hôtel... Cuisine: Very below average for local (good) conditions.

Hotel parking is always full of locals, and I aleays have a problem to find a place. Furniture already slightlyworn and poorly maintained,.. sockets, broken shelfs rack, flashing bulb.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The view from my room was so beautiful and relaxing, the room was very comfortable, clean, quite with a very comfortable bed (no Tv in the room). I had a small issue with my Booking reservation, but lady at the front desk was not so helpful, she said she doesn’t know what is the issue. On the check- out I was lucky enough to meet Mrs. Liljana who was so kind and helpful and she exceeded my expectations. With small issues, but def I will be back.
