Beautiful city, big room, comfortable beds and pillows, warm water in the pool, delicious breakfast, cute playful dog of the owners Ringio

The photos of the apartments were taken a long time ago, the view by the pool does not correspond to reality; uncomfortable sunbeds by the pool; poor wifi (doesn't even work in the room); the kitchenete lacks tools and plates.

Beautiful view, nice location, cleaned every day

We liked that the hotel is within a walking distance to the historic centre of Noto. The room is huge with high ceilings and perfect temperature even without AC on. It is cleaned every day. The garden is small with the pool cleaned every day as well. The breakfast is served on top floor with a lovely view. There was even a delicious lemon granita for breakfast on Sunday.

The room is a bit dark and some more light could add more charm and cosiness

Beautiful place!

Beautiful terrace overlooking the city. Very nice people. Lovely garden with a nice swimming pool. Very close to the city, but feels nicely quit and relaxed by the house. Would recommend to all

We loved our stay at Villa Rosaria in Noto and had a family room which was really spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Elvira the host of Villa Rosario made us feel so welcome and like we were old friends and when we asked her for anything she couldn’t do enough. The room was clean and homely, the breakfast was fresh and lovely, there is a lovely swimming pool, outside area and roof terrace and parking inside the gates of the Villa which is a huge bonus if you have a car and then is only a short walk about 10mins into the beautiful main old town. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Noto

travelled round east of Sicily - this was the best place we stayed in - highly recommended

outstanding property. pool was lovely to cool off in. owner incredibly helpful - nothing too much trouble. great view from huge balcony. 10 minute walk into town - need to be reasonably fit as up hill some of they way. nice town.

Nice stay

Location is great for Noto, 10 min walk to main street and array of restaurants. The terrace is huge on both sides, great for sitting on day and night. Beds were comfortable and shower and bath had nice supply of hot water. Host was very nice and attentive to our requests.

Decor, furniture and kitchen are quite dated / old fashioned. A little bit of modernisation of the kitchen and furniture would go a long way, and creative touches in the house and on the terrace (plants, pictures, colours) would help it feel more special, whilst keeping the core rustic features of an Italian home. The house needs a kettle. Pool was nice but sunbeds need attention as most were broken.

Very good

Elvira was very kind and helpful. She asked what I like for breakfast, and provided it. The bed was super comfortable. Nice big room, with small window. Also fridge.

There are quite a lot of steps up to the rooms. Also, the property is a long way out of Noto... for me to walk without a car. But Elvira organised a friend to drive me, whenever I needed.

good option if you aren’t fussy about staying right in the centre of the town and walk about 10-15 mins to it. I’d go fo

spacious for 2 couples. one bedroom is really good with en-suite bathroom. the other 2 are more basic. rooftop is great with nice view of town (enjoyed wine overlooking at Noto at sunset time). pool is good option for hot days. relatively short walking distance to town. helpful hosts even if initially said they don’t provide pool towels after I asked they accommodated us.

second bedroom aircon wasn’t working properly so was uncomfortable due to heat. host though was keen to help even if didn’t work out at the end.

The property is very nice and has the potential to be beautiful. It needs a bit of update as the garden is not properly cared for and the pool chairs do not properly work. The room is well equipped and good size and the breakfast is good.

The pictures looked better than what it is in reality. You can def walk to town, but more likely you will need a car. The property needs a bit of love.

Elvira was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. She gave us lots of suggestions about Noto, and went above and beyond, from buying lots of things for a vegan breakfast to driving us to the train station she was a very generous host

Really beautiful enormous flat in a great location

Elvira was most welcoming. The flat is enormous and fantastically cool in the hot weather. There are tow beautiful balconies, one of which looks over the old town. We stayed 4 nights and had a brilliant time.
