Fab stay, would stay again

Great location, quiet street, close to the seafront and to coffee/food/shops/town

The only only only downside we had was the shower, I’m little over 6 foot, a little overweight but not massive, and it was a squeeze. Just a heads up if larger guests are looking.

A lovely stay in the Green and Claret room

Lovely, comfortable, clean room. Stayed in the Green and Claret single room which had all I needed including a small fridge which was a real bonus! Felt spoilt with a welcome basket of goodies which was topped up halfway through my stay. Very close to the sea and also some lovely cafés and shops. Owner is very helpful and responds to messages quickly. All round a lovely place to stay and would highly recommend 🙌 Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Very good

Quiet location, 10 min walk to the city centre. Facilities were great, as it's self check in getting in was easy despite me arriving outside usual check in hours. Plenty of snacks and breakfast items available in the room. I will definitely be back!

Instead of a king size bed it's two single beds, which is not mentioned in the ad, but that's nothing major.

Cosy

Cosy ensuite room. Lovely decor. Close to the beach and the city centre and other attractions. Jeremy was very helpful throughout and went above and beyond.

Exceptional

Self-service check in was easy and the owner was lovely..he offered to extend the check out from 10:30am till 12pm free of charge which we did stayed until 12pm. The location is perfect..only couple mins walk to the beach. Would defintely come back again 😊

Clean, hospitality, the room was good and the extras we got such as breakfast coffee tea and refreshments were super.

The shower was a little bit to smal, and a shower curtain is not a very good solution.

Weekend stay

Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. The host, Jeremy, was fantastic and was so helpful. The location in Kemptown was vibrant and just a short walk to the main part of Brighton. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent room for a stay in Brighton.

Room size was perfect for a couple, really comfy large bed. The two fans were just what we needed due to the hot weather conditions. Great hassle free check in and check out. Location of hotel was excellent, slightly away from the noisy centre. Great nearby cafes and shops.

The only thing I would say, is the bathroom could do with a bit of modernising, but for a short stay it was perfectly functional.

The bed was comfy

The facilities and pictures showed a chair and desk, this wasn't in the room. The WiFi wasn't working for the first night and was a hassle to get sorted. The room was a lot smaller than the pictures made it appear. The box of food and drinks provided was ok, but no option to top up throughout stay

The location was great for getting around Brighton, particularly for hitting up the seafront. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff have been incredibly friendly and accommodating. The contactless check-in/check-out was genius!

Relaxing, sunny and fun!

Loved the location - lovely area and right by the sea. Loved the included food and very generous.

Shower curtain didn't fit shower properly so water went all over the floor.

Everything! Our stay was amazing because Brighton Surf Guest House offered much more than we thought. Very nice owner and staff. Bed very comfy.
