toilet seat was to big for the toilet. the toilet door was faulty. blinds did not close properly.

WIFI didn't work, Bathroom floor was dirty and the shower mat was brown from the dirt on the floor. Main room floor was sticky. Shower enclosure was old and not clean.

Easy access and exit , undercover parking , pool , restaurant, friendly staff ….
The room required a clothes cupboard to hang personal items , three light tubes required , one above entrance door and two fluro’ tubes above bed head .

I have stayed at Oasis quite a bit. It is on the older side. Beds are comfy. Restuarant is a draw card for this accomodation and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.
Resturant closed first night due to staffing shortage.

Location to the town was good. easy to get around Kingaroy.
Liked that it had undercover parking.
When checking in was not informed that there was not going to be water to the rooms for a couple of hours. Council was doing works when we arrived. This impacted us as we had not water to make coffee or have shower.
The other issue is that the microwave was not able to be plugged into the mains power as the cord would not reach it, so we were not able to use it. The only reason we could use the toaster and Jug was that we could move them closer to the mains power.
Also, for a pet friendly motel it was not very suitable to the pets. There was no area for them to run around. Even if it was a small area it would have been better then leaving them on a lead all the time.

A group of us have stayed here a few times and it's perfect for our needs.
We didn't use the restaurant this time (sorry).
The pool was closed for cleaning when we arrived, but was great the next couple of days.
Staff were friendly and I'm sure we'll be back next year.

The whole area around the car parking areas very dirty, from Friday night book in till we left on Monday morning our room was not cleaned, no towels replaced till late Sunday afternoon, the 2 table chairs in bad condition and springs collaseped in the seats, one small cake of soap supplied for 2 people in 3 days of boorings, tap handles on sink and shower falling off, the air conditioner was not working as it should, tiles missing on shower floor allowing water to flood the floor when showing, all up the maintenance of the unit was very poor,, as a retired tradesman my wife & I was very dissapointed with this motel and it needs management to review unit number 6 and most likely all the other units, plus the office people were not to be found available all weekend.to try and contact apart from no room cleaning service.

Surprisingly quiet for being right on the Highway.
its only a little thing, and certainly wouldnt put me off returning.. but the showers arent fully enclosed resulting in water all over the floor when showering.
Other tiny issue, the fishermans basket could do with a bit of an update, as it wasnt really a fishermans basket.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Kingaroy Observatory. We stayed for one night and were happy with the place. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, the staff was friendly.

When you shower water goes absolutely everywhere in the bathroom as there is no curtain or glass/door to stop it.
We had pizza from the restaurant. Very disappointing. It was obviously a frozen pizza heated. Way too expensive. I expected it to be home cooked.

I can't say enough nice things about this motel!!! They treated me like family, and it felt like home! Ella and her husband are the most kindest people I've ever met. I was going through a hard time, and Ella really felt like a mum to me. I had my 2 big fluff ball Belgian shepherds with me, and unlike other motels, they didn't stick me in the worst room!! We actually tried 3 rooms before Wolfie was happy with the floor! Doesn't like lino 😁 All the rooms are beautifully done. The king beds are AMAZING!!!! There is everything you need. Housekeeping were also so lovely. The restaurant menu sounds divine and I want to go back just for that,, and the best nights sleep you'll ever have! I miss Ella, she is just one in a million. ❤️ The rooms are quiet. The undercover parking , perfect. The area for the dogs, beautiful. Pool is beautiful!! It is a home away from home. I hope to go back very soon , to see my new friends ❤️
