ES UN HOTEL BIEN UBICADO CENTRAL PARA DISFRUTAR, DESCANSAR Y CONOCER LOS ATRACTIVOS DE LA CIUDAD, EL PERSONAL DE COCINA ES MUY AMABLE AL IGUAL LA ATENCION EN RECEPCION.

NO HABIA PAPEL HIGIENICO EN LA HABITACION LO COLOCARON UN DIA ANTES DE IRNOS, POR HIGIENE SUGIERO COLOCAR BOLSA PLASTICA EN LA CESTA DE LA BASURA DEL BAÑO. TENER ACTUALIZADA LA INFORMACION DE LOS PRECIOS DE LOS DE LOS TOURS. TAMBIEN SUGIERO USAR UN SOLO SISTEMA PARA ABRIR LA PUERTA DE LA HABITACION SOLO CON TARJETA, USAR LLAVE Y TARJETA ES MAS PROPENSO A QUE SE PIERDA LA LLAVE

Bienestar y comodidad

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el personal muy amable; es un sector muy agradable. La comida es rica. Te recomiendan que tures puedes hacer por la ciudad y me gusto mucho el detalle del reloj de arena para el tiempo que uno debe durar en la ducha del baño. Sin duda alguna volvería!!

I'm willing to stay again in the future.

Room is good. This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Breakfast is good. Small but good. Location is good. You can cross the road and walk within 10 minutes to a very big Shopping Center.

Everything was ok for a hotel of this size.

Hay que ser más empaticos con los huéspedes

El desayuno y el aseo en las instalaciones.

Puesto que había adquirido un plan de decoración y cena romántica para mi pareja y yo, al entrar a la habitación había una lámpara defectuosa que por no manifestarlo con recepción al momento, al siguiente día me la querían cobrar cuando yo nunca la había tocado siquiera, por otra parte, el aire acondicionado no paraba de gotear y nunca se hizo algo al respecto.

Ubicación perfecta, instalaciones mucho que desear

Excelente ubicación del hotel, cerca de todo y fácil acceso a transporte, restaurantes y farmacias, el personal muy atento y gentil.

La habitación que nos asignaron no cerraba la puerta de la ducha por lo tal se hacía un reguero, el aire acondicionado no tenía desfogue del agua y se regaba en el piso de la habitación, el wifi funcionaba Perfecto pero después de una lluvia de cayó y no funcionaba bien y no supieron gestionar arreglarlo pronto estuvo así 2 días, el hotel cuenta con hidromasaje pero en toda nuestra estadía no calentó nunca el agua y era fría!

Este hotel es todo lo que se espera en unas buenas mini vacaciones. Desde la localización, staff, restaurant e este hotel tiene un 20/10. Su staff es como una familia, siempre estuvieron disponible para nosotros. Cuando regresemos a Colombia no dudaremos en regresar a este hotel.

Stay here only for the location or as a last resort, don't expect anything else.

The hotel is in a nice area, close to a shopping mall and many restaurants. However that is about it, other than the location, there are many other good options nearby which I would suggest checking. I would rate my stay at the hotel a 1/10.

The staff is not really friendly at all. When I arrived they told me that the didn't had an option to pay by credit card, but at the next day someone was paying with that, so they lied. You have to leave the keys of the room every time you leave the hotel and the included breakfast is really basic and not really good at all.

Not value to money

The staff at pantry and house keeping are well behaved

First they give me the room which doesn't have window and when I ask to change the room they ask for extra money. After have a discussion they gave me another room which has window but the water was coming from the air conditioner which they were not able in 2 days so I have to sleep ultimately without ac. However they have given me the portable fan.

breakfast - fruit should be served on a separate plate not as part of the decoration. Arepa (as served everywhere in the city) should be warm (toasted) with cheese, butter and salt.
