Very nice condo in the art of Markham. Owner is very nice also communicated very well with the process of checking in and out. Definitely recommend this place.

Our family of four spent a week at this unit and we really enjoyed it. There was plenty of room for us, it was very close to public transportation to downtown, and vehicle traffic was very minimal in the immediate area.
Our host, Thomas, was super helpful with suggestions on transportation, shopping and restaurants. He was very responsive and practical. We felt very welcome and got settled down quickly.

We were in this unit for 10 days from May 11-21. While it shows some signs of wear, it is nicely laid out. A couple things could use replacing or repair (chair for computer desk, ensuite shower has a water restrictor, dings in walls etc), but overall this is a well-stocked 2 bedroom condo, with a full kitchen on the 4th floor of a fairly new building. Elevator access was great, and there were stairs nearby to the unit. Unit was at the end of a hall, and we noted no real noise from neighbouring units .
Notable things to be aware of:
* the gym in the building has 2 ellipticals and some bikes, that's it. If you want to do weights, consider buying a pass to the Goodlife fitness (a block away). Also the pool vents into the gym, so it is hot and humid in there. Good if it is raining, but otherwise Goodlife or outside are better choices.
* the pool is ...not really a pool. More like a large bathtub. Probably good for kids, but not adults.
* parking is underground and can be tight. If you have a car, should be no issue, but larger SUVs and trucks might want to be aware.
* there are several restaurants within a block or two, which is convenient if you want to eat out.
* the area nearby includes several nice parks with walking paths
* People in the area were generally friendly, and at no time did I feel unsafe.
Overall excellent place. Will likely try to stay here again in the future!

Thomas was very helpful. The condo was extremely comfortable and clean. Excellent restaurants are nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. We are glad to get the underground parking. We would definitely stay there again.

We are repeat guests at this property - we love it. The layout is spacious and comfortable and the location is fabulous. Walking distance to shops, multiple restaurants, cinema etc. Also close to the 404. We will be back next year for sure!

Great condo and just as described in posting. Easy access to major freeway. Reserved parking was nice. Thomas was always available to answer questions or provide assistance. Recommend staying at this condo.

Our stay was enjoyable and the building was wonderful - great amenities in the building and close to many restaurants. Only slight downside was when we wanted to watch the hockey game on tv - no live tv (that we could figure out at least), so ended up streaming it from a phone. I’m sure the host would have been helpful but it was late at night when we had the trouble and we didn’t want to bother them.

The place was clean and in a great location. The apartment is highly secured. Thomas and his friend Fornia were very helpful with checkin, checkout and communicated with us as needed.

Many reasons to love this apartment: the most comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean condition, helpful and attentive owner, secure building, just to name a few. We were delighted with our stay here.

Better than 5 stars
From the get-go, this was the place we wanted to rent for our vacation. It was unusual for us to be so sure - we really did not check out many other places - we just wanted this one. Our instincts were right as our expectations were not only met but exceeded. For starters, the place is exactly as it appears on the website. We have been deceived before and were so pleased that everything we anticipated was delivered. Tom, our host, was very responsive and informative and even helped me to take my things from the parking garage to the apartment - sorry Tom - you may be called upon to do this again after this review! Our 2 weeks spent there were relaxing and comfortable. Our kids came to visit numerous times and it was so easy to feed everyone and entertain with lots of space to move around. Big bonus is that the mattress was firm - huge for my husband who has a bad back - I don't think we could have survived 2 weeks without a good mattress. Our stay there only enhanced our holiday and we will be back for sure! Thank you Tom!

Family Reunion in Markham Center
The building itself was secure, clean and very well maintained. The parking garage, lobby and the elevator were bright and clean. And Thomas the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Home Away From Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious suite in downtown Markham. The neighbourhood is up and coming and there are so many great restaurants within walking distance.
We live in Vancouver but have family in Stouffville so this will be our home away from home for the foreseeable future. Truly a gem of a listing! Thanks so much for providing us with a safe, comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Perfect property for a family stay
We had a lovely time in Markham for a family visit. The condo is lovely and spacious with lots of room for our family. The area is interesting with many good restaurants as well! Thomas was a great host and was easy to get in touch with.

Just as nice as the picture
This place was clean and comfortable. It actually looked just like the picture we saw online. We had our honeymoon/family vacation here and were completely satisfied. There was a great full kitchen (pots, pans, and dishes) with a new grocery and liquor store less than a mile away.
The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for 2 couples or couple with kids. There was even a crib in the closet. Washer and dryer was nice touch, but we never got the chance to use them. Great restaurants within walking distance (Ruth Chris opening soon). The owner of the local restaurant next to the merry-go-round was nice and extremely helpful. He allowed us to split the 28oz ribeye which was delicious and made some great travel suggestions which saved us time the next day.
Secure parking in the basement is very convenient. I never heard the neighbors, but met a few and all were friendly. There was WiFi which kept the kids from going crazy.
Thomas was very helpful with the details and followed up with us to make sure we had all that we needed. He was very kind. He gave us a lot of suggestions which made our stay wonderful.
This condo is very close to a section of town which features a large variety of Chinese businesses. We didn’t get to any of the restaurants, but i definitely wanted to. There was a shopping center nearby where every sign was in Chinese with a huge grocery store. One more day and we would have explored it and cooked from the market.
I would return the next time in Toronto. We came for the Rogers Cup tennis tournament which was a 15 to 20 min drive. There were public transportation choices as well.

Outstanding Property
Immaculate, clean, well appointed and maintained, central location to all. There is convenient onsite parking for an extra few $12/day. There is also a lovely common area on the roof top with comfortable lounge chairs to relax in the sun or to enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset. The sauna, large warm soaking pool and cool plunge pool were a perfect end to a busy day.
There is a Whole Foods and Second Cup coffee shop is a short walk down the street. A regular supermarket a short distance too. Thomas, our host was informative and responsive. In a nutshell, this property is outstanding in every way.

Better than expected
Thomas Apartment was a great surprise. A very new building with security and private parking. The apartment had all the amenities featured and was sparkling clean. Thomas greeted us personally and made sure that we were at ease before leaving.
Will consider renting from him again.

Lovely Place in Markham
Aa clean well furnished 2 bed/2bath condo on 4th floor of a secure building. Parking in basement garage, with elevator to all floors.
Nice gym, pool, sauna in the complex. We only used the gym.
Many nice restaurants in walking distance. Access to good roads to downtown Toronto or out to Golf courses we played.
The landlord, Thomas, personally showed us into the suite and was very responsive to a couple of minor repairs we discovered while there 2weeks.

Great location to see Toronto
Thomas was a very gracious host and the apartment was fantastic. Very close to expressway and bus route. Many restaurants within walking distance. Apartment and building were top notch. Very clean and secure. A great home base to see the city of Toronto. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Excellent location close to every amenity!
Thomas is an excellent host that has thought of absolutely everything for his guests. He goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious. We had 4 adults staying there for 8 days and we were very comfortable.
We had great sleeps on the extremely comfortable beds and cooked full meals in the well stocked kitchen.

Gorgeous condo in great location
We were in town for 10-days visiting family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was as pictured and had many amenities like pots, pans, blender, toaster, and tupperware to make our stay easy with a child. The owner was very responsive to all questions and we loved the proximity to the plaza a block away with a movie theater, restaurants and bakery. Whole Foods and Second Cup coffee were also very close by, we could have walked had it not been for the hot weather. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Happy
We stayed for 1 week and really enjoyed contemporary style that Thomas brought to his apartment. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub as well.

Love it!
All are over my expectation! Worth to book this clean, beautiful, big and confort condo for my holidays. They had everything ready for you, of course except the foods. And it's very convenient too. It's close to T&T supermarket,shopping mall, gas station, bank.
Overall, I would highly recommend my friends to book this condo unit for theirs holidays.

Well maintained, Clean, Modern
Thomas was great. He met us at the property, showed us where to park, gave us a mini tour of the property and answered all of our questions.
This is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed at on a vacation. The pictures on the web were accurate, the condo is clean and well maintained.
We had a hard time finding things since we are not from the area, but we found this restaurant called Cora's which isn't far from the condo and has amazing food and service.
