Was ok but I’m forever asking for more t-bags and sugar as 2 is not sufficient for a 21 hr stay

Great for a night stay.

Comfy bed, the room size was nice and the bathroom was lovely.

The signal was pretty poor.

It was only an over night stay but we could recommend it.

The double bedrooms were very roomy and well equipped

The single bedroom was a bit cramped, also there wasn't a mirror in one of the double bedrooms bathrooms. My husband, being a bit traditional didn't like the lack of staff for the checking in process thankfully he had younger people with him.

The keys on the self check in lockers are a little bit faded so can be difficult to make out.

A true little gem and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Another overnight stay at Ashfield hotel and there is nothing else to say except that this was exceptional yet again. I initially booked this for my friend to stay overnight whilst I was having surgery. However, I was discharged earlier than expected and the owners allowed me to stay in the double room with my friend without question. They have a beautiful property and they always telephone to check that everything is okay once you have checked in within a few hours. The property is exceptionally clean, has beautiful views and is close enough to the town to walk to. Both my friend and myself have said that we would never stay anywhere else if we were in Huddersfield. A lovely gem to have found. Thank you to you

It was such a relaxing,warm and comfortable stay.

The room is cute and nice with a facilities working. It's really a good place to relax with warm room,very clean toilet and bathroom Staffs promptl to respond to issues.

Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfy, lovely view of back garden

Self check in is very strange I prefer a real person to meet and great, I am hard of hearing and the book in wasn't good on an pad screen in reception, I had to rely on my children to tell me what was being said. The bathroom was a bit shoddy and no trim round bottom of shower didn't look good at all. There was supposed to be free WiFi but the connection was so poor you couldn't use it.

Very cheap stay Huddersfield for a gig

Location good, price excellent cleaner was friendly

No reception just a voice doorbell that is difficult to hear with traffic noise, lots of emails beforehand regarding passport scans security deposit etc even after had completed them already property is tired however for us it was great value for money

Whole room needs redone , everything falling of walls , carpet covers holes in floor , ensuite needs replacing, shower dirty and bits missing tiles falling of walls .

Had a lovely stay, enjoyed my baths and great value for money

I like the spa bath and the comfortable bed. It was a big room and great value. staff were very nice and helpful

Large room. Comfortable bed. Quiet

Terrible checking in process. Car park was had to find. Had to ring back for fron door code. No Wi-Fi password. Very thin pillows

The telephone was always answered when I called. the property was clean. room 101 very spacious and lovely and warm. own private car park at the rear of the hotel. short walk into the town centre. excellent value for money given the low prices. if you want 5 star facilities then I suggest you pay 5 star prices

having to supply prove of address. never had to do that before.
