Nice hotel in Bellagio

The room was big, it had a cosy balcony and it was very close to the center of Bellagio. It has a restaurant with good italian food.

Taking into account that it was at the 2nd floor, one floor upper than the kitchen, it was a little bit noisy. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom.

Great location but lacks comfort

1) The location was amazing in the heart of Bellagio, 2) the room was very clean and we felt comfortable right away 3) there were soaps and bath supplies available at the apartment

1) First and most importantly the bed was squeaking with each move we made making it super annoying in the evening, 2) the toilet was old and from time to time would not flush, 3) there was a lot of noise from the restaurant below, 4) and finally the air-condition was not maintained properly and was leaking

Majestic Location with the best Staff

The staff, especially the young lady from Columbia (I think) who kept our room clean, were super! Also a big thank you to the Bar staff and cooks! Lovely place and people! Our room had balcony with a great view!

Just a couple Cons, the bed was substandard with coils poking into us. A 2 inch memory foam topper would correct the problem. Very difficult access to the property via a long climb up cobble stone steps then several flights of stairs to get to the room. Nothing can be done, just be aware.

Very good

Convient location right in the center of Bellagio. Helpful, friendly staff. As advertised, a room rental with the great benefit of two restaurants in the building. Late in the season stay so street noise was not an issue.

Cozy rooms above a pizza restaurant, great location but no parking

Cozy place, stayed in the top room (#5), cute private balcony, partial view of the lake through the trees. Great location in the middle of town.

Can’t check in between 3pm-6pm, which is a negative but the silver lining is that the streets around the hotel are closed to car traffic until 6pm anyway so if you wanted to drive or taxi there before 6pm you wouldn’t be able to get close. Other con is no parking. If you drive, I recommend staying somewhere that has parking because there is very limited public parking in this town.

it was the best location one of the picturesque spot in Bellagio close to the ferry station and the food in the restaurant was good. the staff are very friendly .

great location but uncomfortable experience overall

location was excellent

very noisy! Room service for some reason comes before 9am so forget about sleeping in (we weren’t told about this). At one point staff members were having a shouting argument in the stairwell late at night. Very uncomfortable. The manager was also very annoyed that we arrived late. Strangely we received a call from her friend, not her, explaining that she was annoyed about being late for a birthday party she was meant to go to that night. Travels often cause delays so not sure what she was expecting

Exceptional

The room was big and very clean. We could see the lake from our rooms and it was right in the middle of Bellagio. The man showed us to our room was incredibly nice and helpful. Definitely exceeded our expectations .

in the centre of Bellagio close to ferry and bus stops. Excellent restaurant with very good menu. Clean bed linen every morning. very pleasant staff.

Great location - in the heart of Bellagio. Cure terrace and large bed. Very clean. For being above a restaurant it was quiet

On top of a restaurant so had to pass the kitchen/workers to walk up stairs to apartment but no big deal.

Perfect location for living in Bellagio. restaurant in the ground and first floor. Short distance to all facilities in the town.

Little Gem of Bellagio

The location is great, only few steps to the main road. The stairs are exactly opposite of the port, very convenient. The breakfast was superb !!! The dinner was delicious. Locanda is the only place in Bellagio who serves the pizza baked in the wood fire stoves.

Only one complaint. The cleaner in the morning starts cleaning the street around 6 am. We had our windows open, so we were waking up together with the cleaner.

Loved the position ( many steps). Loved the ambience, good value for money. Fantastic restaurant on the terrace

Needs curtains in the room, street lights on all night. No soap provided. Pillows uncomfortable. No cover on duvet, just sheet under, not good in these times!

Charming stay in the heart of Bellagio

Great location, charming facade, helpful staff, excelent restaurant and an upper floor room with balcony and lake views (last one a total surprise for us). What else could we have asked for? Check in through alley at the restaurant. Room was comfortable, large for European standards. Authentic feel. Restaurant was always busy (reserve if you plan to eat there) and the food was delicious. Overall, a pleasant, romantic stay.

My expectations were lower because this was a last minute find. There is nothing wrong I can say about this property.
