The room we booked was very nice and spacious with a nice modern bathroom.

We didn’t have an option to control the air conditioner. Since it was a very hot day, the room temperature rose pretty high. To solve the issue, we were downgraded to a much smaller room where we still didn’t have an option of controlling the air temperature but because of the room’s position, the room temperature was a couple degrees lower. Instead of big screen TV we had in the originally booked room, we now had very small TV which didn’t work.

Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were helpful. Close to St James Church. Room very clean. They provide walking sticks if you want to use to climb the Apparition Hill and Cross mountain. Free car park.

My father had a birthday and they were so nice and wanted to make surprise even if I didn't say a single thing. I forgot the candles for the cake and I thought okay , never mind. And ,guess what? They put some candles on. Those little things really made us feel welcomed . My father was soooo happy and we had a really nice time staying in the hotel.
