Fantastic!

The best location in Tulum Downtown. Very close to restaurants, bars, bus station, ADO terminal and banks. Bedrooms are huge and the beds are super confortable! Staff is super nice!

There is no hot water during the time we are staying. Staff said it would be fixed, but it didn't´t. But it was not a big issue, as the weather was very hot in Tulum.

La ubiación es excelente, la habitación es muy amplia e iluminada, la chica de recepción de la mañana super atenta nos ayudó mucho a guiarnos y la limpieza de la habitación excelente.

habia un ruido desde que llegamos que no pudieron resolver, como una alarma de incendio, no hubo agua ya ni se diga tibia siempre salió fria y aun cuando hace calor hay gente que ocupamos por lo menos agua tibia. (lo reportamos con uno de los chicos de la noche pero nos dijo que el boiler estaba a todo lo que daba)

Bem localizado, em relação ao centro. Cama muito grande e muito confortável. Tem ótima TV com Netflix. Atendimento de Lucrécia maravilhoso! Muito educada e atenciosa. Quarto amplo. Tem frigobar.

Pouca luz, quarto muito escuro. Chuveiro com pouca saída de água. Muito barulho de um grupo interagindo com bebidas e música alta na porta de seus quartos. Não cheguei a reclamar porque não queria me indispor, me pareceu ser comum na região pois percebi público muito festeiro. Longe, bem longe de praia. Tem que pegar van (formato insalubre) ou tomar táxi (bem caro, como em todos os lugares do México)

Superb

Great location, on the main street and just across from the ADO bus station. The staff were super helpful and friendly. There was always someone at the reception desk and they were happy to answer our questions. There was a fridge in the room.

We might have just been unlucky with the room, but our balcony was just a terrace looking onto a shared area. It was also a little noisy at times, I think due to being in the main road. Don't let this put you off though as we still slept well.

Our favorite place to stay in downtown Tulum!

The location is fantastic. It’s close to the bus station (even thought we arrived by car). It’s so quiet behind the wall. The staff (especially Urial) is the absolute best. The courtyard is private and comfortable.

The website kept asking to upgrade to the upstairs. We prefer ground floor. Adding screens to the doors to be able to leave them open would be fantastic.

Loved everything

The location is great, super close to centre and all restaurants and transport. Staff was really helpful and friendly, they let us do a late check out for free. We wanted to watch the sunset and they let us use the rooftop, it was only us there and we really enjoyed it. Really nice interior in the room and loved that the room numbers were Mayan drawings, so we only found out what number we are after we asked the staff. Overall a really nice place, great value.

The room at first sight is very beautiful. The shower was super. Location is very centric. Staff was the best part, they were accomodating all our requests and advising us stuff to do.

We had the first room with garden view, privacy is not the best. You have one curtain to cover the huge window door. Rooms are very sensitive to noise. If there is a party nearby, we got it one day, it is hard to sleep. During the night hours ants were coming to the sink (only in the bathroom). There were lot of them. The staff give us a repellent and it works for one night.

Superb

A hidden little gem right off the Main Street , but quiet! I absolutely loved this place. The staff was so friendly and warm and I felt like a true valued guest. The room is very large, the bed was comfortable and I loved the garden and the overall vibe. Definitely my new “spot “ to stay while in Tulum.

Nothing - for me it was one of my best stays in Mexico so far! And the friendly and warm staff makes a big impact on the overall comfort and quality of a stay so bravo to all the staff!

Good value for what we got

It was out of season so we were the only guests. The owner was building another 12 rooms so it was dusty here and there but no work was being done and it was very quiet. The bed and shower were good.

The breakfast was simple and was served in the garden on rickety tables.

The afternoon staff was really friendly and helpful. It also has a great location, near to bike/scooter rental and close to the ADO bus station.

Great afternoon staff, however, the lady from the morning shift was quite lost about the hotel. She wasn't sure about some normal questions and when we arrived it was totally closed and we were afraid that we had to find somewhere else to stay.

Okay place but I would choose a different hotel next time.

location was good but it was a bit difficult to find amid the numerous surrounding businesses. The balcony room (upstairs) was much nicer than the “garden view” room because it was above the rather dry, yellow garden.

The front desk was rarely staffed. This resulted in the front door (which covered the entire front of the hotel) being closed until very late in the morning. Ingress and egress would require waiting for the maid to come open the door. The lack of front desk staff also meant there was no help with my luggage as I checked out.

Calm place in Tulum center. No problem for my 2 nights.

Calm place in Tulum center. You can rent bike or scooter next to the place, the ADO bus station also. The place feels safe for leaving my stuffs despite the other reviews. I had no problem at all.

The curtains in my rooms (number 2) are not blackout so the room was not very dark at night with the hotel light from outside. Minor point was also a cat who was meowing at night very close to the door.
