The general experience was not bad. Will have a repeat and invite a friend

Reception should be a little more receptive also cost is at the high side

Besides the expensive food and drinks, the overall stay was satisfactory

I love the fact the property was close to the beach although I thought it had an access to the beach. The staff were helpful and nice.

I did not understand why the food menu was expensive down to a bottle of water. The complimentary breakfast was only for 1 person after paying for a high amount for the rooms and paying for an extra person for the breakfast was so expensive.

The failed of the hotel to return the excess charge on my card ruined my experience.

The Clean environment.

The hotel charged my credit card twice for the lodging. They promised to transfer to my bank account. But 4day afterwards I still to get the refund.

The room and terrace was nice

The breakfast is really poor. No fresh squeezed juice. No fresh brewed coffee. Old food. Old fruits.

Good Hotel and well cultured workers but there is room for improvement

The space in the room and workstation. The Quality of the beddings and toilet facilities

The TV isn't smart. Just small bottle water provided for the night for 2 guests

Overall i had a good stay.

Love the quiet location and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The piano player is amazing and the poolside bar has a good ambience. A good location if you want to quiet getaway in Lagos.

Breakfast wasn't great, there were few options and a few times food was served cold.

The bed could have been bigger for the rate paid. Food portion sizes small for the price compared to other similar 4 star hotels

My stay was pleasant and peaceful .

Breakfast was ok. More variety would have made me happier . Serenity of the location was priceless! Staff were friendly and willing to help out on any requests.

Size of the room was below expectation , bathroom was tight. A little more space would have made me happier.

Nothing diplomatic about the diplomatic Queen.

Staff were very professional, breakfast was good.

Diplomatic rooms were far off from your description, beds were very small, shower stall extremely narrow, had to upgrade to a superior room.

The lunch precisely. I think the quality of the food(taste wise) can be improved.

Serene water front property. It was always quiet and clean. The pool was also a delight also. The staff were always cheerful and eager to help from housekeeping front desk.
