Local Signal Ridge Marina (a mile away) offers various boat rentals, view amazing waterfalls directly from your boat seat! Holidays & peak season may have 3 night min stay w higher rate. Guests have expressed a 'tree-house feeling that's romantic'n charming in a one bedroom cabin with all you need for a sweet mountain get-away! Easy Access to your stand alone cabin on spacious grounds! Located just 5 miles from downtown Cashiers, 1 mile away is beautiful Lake Glenville being the highest East of the Mississippi! Drive just 10 miles to Highlands from Cashiers for more views and fun! Outside includes patio table, bench & umbrella! Questions welcomed! Auto motion lights path. Also, limited time-security camera (aimed at driveway /parking lot area only) Camera turned OFF once guests inform us 'we've ck-in'.

This was the most peaceful, beautiful place I have ever been to. I am so thankful for this experience. If you want natural nature scenery this is the place. Also a touch of love

We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cabin. The owners were incredibly communicative, but not overbearing. The property was clean and comfortable- everything one could want in a mountain escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a night or two!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy cabin! Such a cute place, the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. There's a lot to do near the cabin, cute shops and lots of good hiking. The hottub was a huge bonus!

First off, the cabin is so cute and cozy. The hot tub is great and I slept so well in the bed...better than at home! The owners were always available if you need anything. If you are looking for a get away, you wont go wrong!

This was the perfect cabin to stay in. I really enjoyed the stay. It was a beautiful and cozy cabin. This cabin is less than 30 minutes from some of the most beautiful waterfalls, trails and Mountains in the Appalachian. The restaurants had great food, entertainment the whole place was extremely friendly and fun. The owners were great. They were helpful and easy to communicate with. The place was clean and cozy. I will be returning.

We stayed here 8 nights and enjoyed it much.
It had all the accommodations we needed, was clean, and was cozy. We utilized and enjoyed the hot tub every day but one. We used the charcoal grill twice and the fire bowl twice and enjoyed just grilling and watching the fire in a mountain setting. The surrounding areas of Glenville, Cashiers, Highlands, and beyond provide everything you need for dining, shopping, sightseeing, hiking, and etc. If you desire you can utilize Glenville Lake for any "fun on water" activities. The owners of the property, the Primes, are great people and made sure we were taken care of communicated very well. No complaints on the stay and nothing but good things to say about the property and the stay!

The place is everything it's advertised to be: clean, cozy, and convenient to activities. Plus, it has a fantastic owner, who is responsive and uber helpful. Honestly, I had a really lovely weekend and will be back!

The place was named well - cozy it was! All the welcome/anniversary gifts were a nice surprise. Hot tub was hot and ready when we arrived. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Robes were nice to have also.
This has nothing to do with the hosts : Not many places to eat are open past 9 so if you enjoy drinks, plan to bring your own.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Cozy Cabin. As soon as we entered we were sold. What else can you say when you see a waterfall literally out your back door!!
However, as we continued to enjoy our space there were so many other great features. I loved the eclectic decor, the romantic sleeping space, the hot tub cabana and yes the cozy feeling sitting by the electric fireplace. Christine and Cricket had outfitted the space with everything we needed. They had even personalized our welcome. They were great to deal with and were so quick to respond to any inquiries. We would love to return again in the future.

Found the cozy cabin on Vrbo and requested to book it. Owner was quick to get back to us and was very nice. She made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. It was a nice place, just as the pics were on the site. The hot tub was nice and clean and had a roof over it so we could be in it when it rained or snowed. The waterfall from the view of the bedroom window was great, it had some water coming down it since it had been raining lately. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time here. The cabin was cozy, the hot tub was amazing, and the town has some great food! Chris was very communicative and responsive as well. Check in and check out was very easy. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this cabin! The property was nice and the hosts were great to deal with. They even suggested things to do and places to eat for us. The hot tub was also a plus. Definitely a great option for a couple looking for a romantic getaway!

The cabin definitely lives up to its name, cozy cabin and it was. Will definitely return again. Get place to stay. Surrounding are great. Not far from lake or town.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Cottage. Beautiful setting and views, peaceful, quiet, just a short drive down the valley road to the little town of Glenville, North Carolina. Perfectly equipped and a lovely host who offered to respond to any need - but we didn't need anything additional. This was an absolutely amazing cabin for us to stay. We are only there for the weekend but it was amazing! The little touches such as the pillow saying happy 7 year anniversary B+S. The hot tub was so so relaxing! We can't wait to come back!

Very nice and relaxing place to stay.
We rent alot of places on weekend get aways, this was one of the most relaxing places we have stayed at. Very clean and close to some good food. I would highly recommend this cabin to the ones that want a nice quiet place to stay and very romantic. The bed was very comfortable and my lady loved the blanket on the foot of the bed. Great people loved it!

The Ultimate Hosts
It almost feels like an understatement to say that Christine and Cricket think of everything! They attended to details I didn't even realize I wanted to ensure that my husband and I had a perfect stay. The hosts are truly thoughtful to an incredible degree.
As for the property, all I can say is wow! The on-property waterfall provided a beautiful and tranquil environment for reading or just enjoying nature. The hit tub had an amazing view as the sun set across the mountain, and an even better spot to look at the stars. I can't recommend the Cozy Cabin strongly enough for a peaceful and romantic getaway.

Cozy cabin views did not disappoint
My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at the cozy cabin. There was a lot of snow on the ground so the views were beautiful. We loved that we were able to see the waterfall from the bedroom windows. Even though it was cold out side, the cabin stayed perfectly warm. We loved the hot tub and the view from the hot tub. Close to Cashiers and Highlands with many beautiful views. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and so helpful!

Property was cozy, had pretty much everything. Hot tub is great treat. Chris was a great host and made everything available and kept in communication the entire time for any needs. Great stay for our holidays. Lot of waterfalls and hikes in the neighborhood.

Anniversary Trip
We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a quick trip to the mountains. We have stayed in nearby towns before, but this was our first time in Glenville. The views were beautiful, and can’t wait to come back during the summer months and maybe visit Lake Glenville. The house was small and cozy, just enough for the two of us, and made the perfect romantic getaway. We loved the set up of the hot tub! Our hosts were very accommodating and made us feel right at home.

THE PERFECT LITTLE GETAWAY!
We came for a quick little getaway to the mountains and were 100% impressed with this sweet, little place! When we arrived the heat and lights were on, it was so inviting! The hot tub was already heated up and we loved the lighting for the hot tub and for the house. Everything was just perfect and way beyond our expectations! The icing on the cake was the biscotti and white, luxury robes. I could just go on and on. The hosts were extremely easy to work with. Every little thing had already been thought of to make our stay perfect!

Relaxing getaway
The property was just as advertised! The small waterfall just outside the cabin was amazing, recent rains (the week before) had it flowing steady, it was wonderful to listen to each night (we slept with the windows open). The hot tub was amazing and hosts were perfect, we will be visiting again!

The Cozy Cabin was a slice of heaven! Chris was fantastic and available to answer questions yet gave us lots of privacy also. We loved renting the pontoon boat and hiking to nearby waterfalls. There's so much to do in the area; yet the cabin feels like total solitude. We would love to stay here again.

Everywhere we looked we found "little welcoming treasures" (a handwritten note, a pillow with a message for us). The cabin is private and quiet with great places outside to enjoy as pictured on the website although I found one small area I loved that I do not believe was shown on the website and that was the swing. Great place to have your coffee. Chris brought us a breakfast casserole that was divine as well and offered great advice regarding dining and activities. Thank you Chris for sharing your little section of paradise with us. We didn't get the pleasure of meeting Cricket but maybe on a return trip. Trust me if you go once it will simply be your first trip!
