Highly recommend for people travaling with kids and family

The hotel was situated near a Lavender train station (5 minutes walk), which made it easy to travel and saved me a lot of time and money. The bus stop is only 30 seconds away from the hotel lobby. It's a very nice and very secure place for anyone, and I am especially happy because I traveled with my baby body and pregnant wife. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff is very helpful and fulfilled all my requirements.

It's better to have some well-spoken English-speaking staff in the restaurant area as well. Most of the staff on the 4th floor are very old age. I think it needs some young and fresh legs.

除了地铁方便其它都不好安排了一间靠近电梯井的房间没办法睡觉要求换房和升级都没办到最后又在酒店订了另一间房结果空调是坏的还好空调坏了他们是认的最后就等于花了双倍的钱住在一间房里那我干嘛不住其它好点的酒店真是无语还有个女前台态度很不好多问几句就不耐烦了

很多方面隔音也不好

Amazing view from the pool and close to subway, however very poor service and lack of cleanliness

- the view from the room and the pool/gym is amazing; - proximity to subway, 5 min walking

- Staff at the reception. A bit rude, acting like are doing you a favour; - wi fi connection is weak; - only two towels were provided; - the “gym” is actually 5 machines, 2 of them are unusable; - the queue to the breakfast is huge and only because they take ages to confirm whether you have breakfast included or not; - the breakfast is weak, a lot of fried food and some dry sliced bread, fruit is not good, some dishes were really dirty, some staff at the kitchen coughing a lot with no mask.

Loved our short stay exploring Singapore. Gardens by the Bay is an amazing experience and should not be missed. It is so

Convenient location. Easy walk to train, eateries and shopping. Comfortable bed, very helpful staff.

The location is very perfect... near to all muslim restuarants and indian food... metro access near by...

We had a great time staying in the hotel. Overall we don't experience any inconvenience. Nice view in our room espec

It is near the mrt station and convenience store. Walking distance to shopping center like bugis junction and mustafa. Staff are accommodating also. Check-in and out was so easy.

i enjoyed my time

The food was very good, and the location was excellent because within a short walk a person could catch a bus or the train and the spot is well known to the taxi drivers. The swimming pool, gym and laundry facilities were great.

it was not easy to operate the air conditioning, Although Singapore is warm sometimes the room was like stepping into a fridge.

Geht so!!!

Die günstigste Lage zum Zentrum war sehr gut. Gute Anbindung zu Bus und MRT (nur 300m). Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war okay. Badezimmer gut und sauber. Was sehr gut war, die Fensterverdunklung.

Das Zimmer für zwei Personen viel zu klein und zu eng. Man kann nicht aneinander vorbei gehen ohne das einer sich in eine Ecke quetschen muss. Taschenablage nur für einen Koffer. Zweiter Koffer passt nicht mehr ins Zimmer. Frühstück viel zu teuer und eine einzige Massenabfertigung. Der zweite Toaster war alle Tage defekt. Bei den Massen, die da durchgehen EIN Toaster absolut zu wenig. Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum keimig und abgenutzt.

Terrible !!!

Things inside the room did function properly, room was so small that I could hardly could open my suitcase, water only dripping when taking shower, window was reticulesly facing another room’s window that was only 3 foot away. Room was dirty, mildew and dirt every where !!! Terrible !!! Only one good thing about this hotel was the staff at the concierge desk was very helpful, gave me direction from his best knowledge. I don’t know how this hotel get a 4 stars status, I wouldn’t even give it a 2 stars. Never again !!!!

Almost everything !!!! It was the worst experience that I ever had in my entire life. Can’t believe it was a 4 stars hotel. Everything was out dated and dirty !!!

Good place to stay

location was great and it is a good place to stay. It is very tidy and clean. Check in was incredible didnt take much time and it is close to shopping places. We got checked in earlier which was awesome.

It was very expensive and room was very small. check room size when booking and check in time as well.

It was a very budget hotel and won't be going there again

The location was the best part of the hotel

The room is much smaller than is looks in the photos. The first room I was in the a/c was not working and there was a bad smell coming so we changed the room, it was the same room on another floor. They had no options to upgrade the room to something better even thought I was willing to pay more.

Honest Review - Unfriendly rude staff

Great location

We found the staff so unfriendly and rude! Especially at breakfast, I am not sure if it was the Hotel Breakfast Manager but he was extremely rude and grumpy. The Reception staff was also rude as well and such an unfriendly face. The rooms are very small and tight! Rooms only get cleaned every other day. Laundry was over crowded and not sufficient Iron for so many people. You will have to wait hours to be able to iron your clothes and don’t get me started with the washing. If you do want to go ahead, make sure you are prepared to have wrinkled clothes, or bring an iron. Be prepared for a grumpy and moody breakfast staff. If you are a family, make sure you stay out till late and just arrive at the hotel to sleep in and not chill as no space in room.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!

We liked when we got to leave this hotel to go to our next destination

The room was the smallest room we’ve ever stayed in. So small our suitcases barely fit in the room! Was way overpriced! The air con was leaking all night and the room was flooded with water and ruined our luggage and slipped over in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and kept us up all night with the dripping sound staff did not care. No view and no privacy with the other rooms looking into ours. We were happy to leave Singapore

Very comfortable

Location is convenient. walking distance from Lavender MRT Station. The room is nice and clean. 13th floor has a good view of the city. They have a smoking area on the 4th floor, and the laundry machine is also convenient to use on the same floor. They are generous with the housekeeping. new sheets and towels everyday, and bottles of water too.

For the location it was great, however the room is a bit dusty and wasn't clean

The front desk was very friendly and didn't have to wait for check in. She just checked in super quickly which was very convenient and helpful.

The bed smells. Not sure they use the same bed sheets, it wasn't hygiene at all. The rooms smells like its been close and have this dusty smell.

C’est un très grand hôtel mais nous l’avons trouvé plutôt bien insonoriser. La salle de sport te la piscine est un plus.

Peut être son prix mais sur pour Singapour cela semble être un tarif normal

I checked out and they take the whole money for 6 nights and they don’t answer my agency anymore and they don’t want to gave the refund and they were really rude to customers .

I already told them my wife she can’t stay in room it doesn’t have a window because she has a phobia from close places, and the answer was is not our business. They were really rude even when it’s about health problem. So guys don’t try to book in this hotel because they are cheaters and really rude and in the end you will lost your money.

Totally waste of money, I will never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

I didn't like it; staying at this hotel was not worthy at all, just waste of valuable money for tourists with family like me.

My stay at Hotel Boss was horrible experiences. I Booked 1 Family Room with Breakfast for 4 Adults (Me, my wife and my 16 & 22 years 2 daughters) - but the family room size was exceptionally small with two queen size beds, I guess it was regular room with 2 queen beds. There was no spaces for keeping luggage even very uncomfortable walking inside the room. The bathroom was very tiny and unusable for a bulky person. The breakfast area is also too small for such crowded hotel. The lobby stays always crowded with hundreds of people - you can't even think of sitting at lobby for a while.
