Wohnung ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen !

gute, zentrale Lage

Bad + die Tapete an der Decke hat sich gelöst und hing in 2 Bahnen von der Decke + Duschkabine konnte nicht richtig verschlossen werden Wohnung + in der ganzen Wohnung keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Wäsche - weder Kleiderschrank noch Regalsystem vorhanden + WLAN war nicht zugänglich + Fernseher war nicht betriebsbereit + am Fenster ganz rechts hat sich ein Dübel der Vorhangstange gelöst und hing herunter + Service ist mangelhaft: trotz mehrmaliger Anrufe und Schreiben per Mail keine Reaktion + Hauseigangstür ist rund um die Uhr geöffnet - ein Sicherheitsrisiko, denn jeder ungebeten Gast kann das Haus von der Straße aus betreten + der Preis von knapp 190€ für 2 Nächte ist für diesen Zustand der Wohnung vollkommen überhöht und nicht gerechtfertigt

Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt ok , aber nochmal würden wir dieses Apartment nicht mieten.

Genügend Handtücher vorhanden , angegebene Pflegemittel waren vorhanden

Steckdosen ohne Abdeckung , Couch im Hauptzimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ,

Unfortunately, the shower water was either too hot or too cold. A bit challenging to take a shower.

Great location, bad parking

Location

Parking was not available at the premise, instead we were directed to a paid parking garage 6-9min away from the property. Walls in the kitchen were dirty, a lot of peeled paint near windows.

Für die Durchreise und eine Nacht, perfekt!

Für den Preis und für eine Nacht kann man nicht meckern. Geschirr, Bettzeug und Handtücher waren für 6 Personen vorhanden. Das war top. Wenn man auf Durchreise ist, perfekt. Sogar Duschzeug gab es und man ist mitten im Zentrum.

Leider war es an machen stellen schon ziemlich runter gekommen. Bei den Matratzen hat man schon jede einzelne Feder gemerkt. Bettwäsche hatten auch Flecken. Man darf da auf jeden Fall nicht so genau hinschauen. Da müsste definitiv etwas investiert werden.

Dobra lokalizacja w centrum, osobne pokoje i kuchnia, czysto, łóżka i sofa wygodne, pokoje ogrzewane, czajnik, herbata, żelazko, lodówka, prysznic. Przyjechaliśmy przed 1 w nocy i dostaliśmy się bez problemu, klucze były w schowku na kod przy drzwiach, kontakt bez problemu.

Rano obudziła nas śmieciarka, hałasowali pod oknem

Great location, terrible management, awful room.

The location was really great, and the price for the location seemed like a bargain...

The room smelled really bad; a foul stench that hot the moment you open the door, mold or something from bad plumbing, it came from the bathroom and made the entire place smell awful. The bed was broken, the shower door was broken off and resting against the bathroom was so the floor got wet every shower. Basically the place was a smelly dump.

Prostorný byt v centru města, kde je vše potřebné a připravené. O víkendu byl slyšet hluk nočního města, s tím se dá poč

Lokace v centru města. Prostorný a funkční byt. Informace jak se dostat do bytu byly poskytnuty přes mail.

Pouze drobnosti. Při příchodu na chodbě domu nebylo funkční světlo (přijeli jsme večer s třemi malými dětmi). Záchod by mohl více splachovat a prkénko se hýbe.

There was coffee and tea available. Good value for money. In the center. Basic but clean.

Double bed was a bit narrow. Showering is challenge, water is hot for 20s, the cold and the hot and so on. "Parking available" means find yourself nearest public car park (which is not that close). Can be noisy if windows are open in the night.

Very good

The location and space were absolutely fantastic. Even though it's in the middle of the center, there wasn't too much noise with the windows closed.

There could be a bit more cutlery/ plates and so on cause with our whole family it was a bit too little and also pan sizes were very small

The location was excellent.

They said there was WIFI but it did not work. After we contacted the host, they tested the line with the provider and they confirmed that there was WIFI but in fact, it was not working. It would not work on any of our devices. We tried to reset the router and everything. It was quite frustrating.

Overall a bad stay, would rent for higher price somewhere else...

Pros: + Location is in the center + Cheap for the location + The bed was cozy + Especially loved that tablecloth, reminded me of my grandma

Cons: - There were some bugs or roaches at night - Spiderwebs around the corners - There was a persistent foul smell that wouldn't go away and in the bathroom there was a strong smell of sewage - No elevator and very tight stairs, you could barely fit any luggage there - The WiFi was clunky and would drop on you during work meetings, had to use roaming - Couldn't regulate water temperature and the water pressure was lacking in the shower - Pretty loud during the day

Pleasant

The house is in the center of Nuremberg in a strategic point.

Unfortunately as soon as you enter the house there is a bad smell, booking for 3 and the third bed was not ready and we had to prepare it ourselves (sofa bed). Spacious bathroom with window but with almost detached and dangerous ceiling light. In the living room one of the two chandeliers had burned out bulbs and therefore a part of the living room could not be illuminated. Insufficient kitchen utensils, coffee cups were missing. Near the windows are evident patches of mold.

Convenient and large 2 rooms flat in the heat of Nuremberg

Very good location, with pay parking very close. Large flat, convenient with everything needed.

No light in the kitchen (bulb broken ?) nor at one of the lamps at parents' bed. When we opened the door to leave, there were 2 ladies waiting at the door to clean, and it was not yet 11AM. They understood very little german.

A Wonderful Downtown Apt

Location, location, location!! A nice apartment in the center of town. Clean, functional, comfortable beds and decent shower, kitchen and utensils helpful, microwave, coffee maker, iron. Super convenient for visiting the Christmas market and city museums. Steps away from shopping and food. An Aldi is 6 minutes away for groceries. Can walk to train station in 12 minutes. If coming from airport, get off at metro (Opera) and walk about 8-10 minutes.

NOTE: lots of steps if you are carrying heavy luggage. (APT in 2nd building) Decor could use upgrading.

Sometimes you get what you pay for; the location is good but the apartment needs some maintenance done.

good location, clean apartment, coffee and tea in apartment, more spacious than a hotel room, lots of breakfast options nearby

sewer gas smell and mold in bathroom, half of the lightbulbs were defective, lack of heating in stairwell causes cold walls, hence mold growth
