Exceptional

Very big apartment with kitchen and all necessary devices for cooking, comfortable parking under hotel with elevator, near hotel have grosary, cafe. Condition of room is very clean. We are travel with family from Georgia thru the Turkish this is first hotel were we received all what expected.

Pleasant

The flat is new and furniture was all new and clean, parking area is very comfortable with link to the elevator from the basement

The freezer was smelling very bad as it was left closed while switched off. The land owner is very amateur and has no idea how to treat the customer.. very rude..

Pleasant

The owner didn’t answer my calls. We waited 10 minutes the front door to be opened. In the bathroom- no soap at all, only 2 small packets with shower gel, no conditioner, nothing else at all. We went to the grocery store to buy soap. We are live in COVID time! The ventilation doesn’t work if there is any. The lamp above the sink was burned. In the kitchen area- no coffee, no sugar, no tea, no water, nothing else at all.

The host was helpful. Nice view from the balcony. The apartment was cozy.

We booked the apartment for 4 people there were sheets and towels only for 2 people, the rest of the guests slept on the couch without sheets. There were cases for only 2 of the pillows also. That was not pleasant at all. There weren’t enough blankets for all of us. The apartment is for 4 people, but there were only 2 kitchen chairs, we had to call the host to bring chairs for the rest of the guests. There was no soap in the bathroom. The balcony was a bit dirty.

Fabulous apartment with big terrace which gives a beautiful mountain view

Quite apartment and the kitchen is very clean. The bedroom is also connected to a terrace. The mattress is much better compared to some 4 star hotels.

The bathroom was so cold, the heater couldn’t work.
