Our prime location, nestled halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego, offers seamless access to a wide array of exciting destinations. From renowned attractions like Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Knott's Berry Farm in north Orange County/LA, to the captivating wonders of SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, and La Jolla in San Diego, you'll have the best of both worlds within reach!
You will have access to the entire 4-bedroom house and private backyard, plus the attached 2-car garage. Nothing is shared.

Un-approved visitors or undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination w/o refund and/or a charge of $50/day per each guest or temporary visitor. It doesn't matter if they stay overnight or for just a short period.

4 Month Stay
Ross was an exceptional host. We had to extend our stay a few times and he was more than accommodating. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house is clean and functional for a family that works from home and has college students doing virtual learning. Any requests or questions were attended to promptly.

the house is very clean and appliances are very nice. The beds were all comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions. Quiet neighborhood and having the pool table was fun!

Clean and spacious
This place was perfect for a family! Clean and spacious, with wide halls and a large open living area, there was plenty of room for children, dogs, and parents. The rooms are a nice size, and there is plenty of storage. The back yard is private and secure, and the neighborhood is peaceful. The location is near to the highway and close to a number of shopping centers. Ross responded quickly to any questions we had. Everything was a snap! We definitely recommend.

Great Mission Viejo rental home
This house is in a great neighborhood, close to everything you would want. We loved sitting in the shade of the back yard in the morning and evening, going down to the park and marina at Dana Point and appreciated the cool southern California weather. There is a great park in the neighborhood with lots of friendly people. There are also lots of great dog friendly restaurants in the area. The house is great for accommodating large families. Ross is very easy to communicate with and was responsive to our every request.
