Disappointing as they charged the same as other hotels who provided a lot more for the same money.

Staff was very curious and helpful

TV and phone in room didnt work. No coffee and milk in room. Was told to buy milk from the restraint next door. No coffee at breakfast, breakfast was only vegetarian and no continental breakfast as advertised. No fruit juice at breakfast.

Items were cold, repeat menu, no facility to maintain them hot, no fruit choice, difficult to find any one for help with coffee, water.

Spacious and good location to stay.

Day time receptionist lady did warm welcome and friendly. Room same as Booking.com website. Very spacious. Bathroom is very clean as new. Near Shanmugavillas veg restaurant. Walking distance to Wellawatte shops. I recommend to this hotel to book.

Anjappar restaurant food not taste. Better cook improves or watch youtube and develop his cooking skill. Hotel cleaning staffs need to remember to clean under the beds.😁 After I inform Reception, they did. Only one thing I can say about room facilities that is very thin bed sheets. If it thick bed sheets it will be great.

Disappointing

The room was not cleaned properly before my stay. There were a lot of hairs on the floor, used cotton buds, and there was a living cockroach. There was no iron, I requested for one and they gave me one with a burnt surface. After I complained, they bought me another one with the same surface.

A very pleasant stay

Staff were very friendly. Especially the receptionist Vinodini and bell boy Chandru were very helpful. The room was clean and comfy.

Not very happy about our stay for the money we spend.

Only room space is satisfied.

Room TV is set only tamil/Indian channel. No English or other channels which is suitable for forigners (other language). NOT a single local channel was set. Breakfast is horrible, everyday same food with dosa, stringhoppers, bread, coconut sambal n curry. No fresh juice or fruits. Breakfast tables are not clean. Staff is not trained

Specially i loved all the food at the hotel.. staff were friendly. And more important thing which i liked was check in time.. it is flexible which is an easy thing for the clients

Thing which i didnt like is the shower, heater did not work properly.
