Dobrá lokalita s krásným výhledem kousek od centra, pod villou jezdí zubacka, někomu může vadil, jinak příjemný čistý pokoj moderně zařízený, , kávovar a konvice na pokoji, jídelna a společná kuchyňka v přízemí, parkování přímo u villy, recepční příjemná, milá

Ve sprše bych uvítala clonu/plachtu, takto při sprchování to bylo všude 😃 ale jinak moderní hezká koupelna

Barátságos, csendes mégis kiváló elhelyezkedésű épület

A Csorba-tó nagyon közel volt, babakocsival is elérhető, körbesétálható.

Sajnos nem volt hűtő a szobában, de ezenkívül egyáltalán nem volt problémánk semmivel.

Skvela lokalita, krasny vyhled

Naprosto skvela lokalita, asi 10 minutek chuzi na Strbske pleso, meli jsme krasny vyhled na Tatry. V dochazkove vzdalenosti spousta obchodu a restauraci. Pokoje ciste, vybavene, jako pozornost par kapsli kavy ci nekolik druhu caju. Snidane si stoji za to zaplatit, velky vyber a velmi chutne. Check-in bezkontaktni a bezproblemovy, instrukce naprosto jasne

Kos u zachodu byl na nevhodnem miste (tlacil do hyzdi), nechytali jsme signal na wifi na pokoji, pro me byla matrace silene tvrda (pritelovi to zas az tak nevadilo), meli jsme pokoj 3C, stejne problemy nemusi byt vsude! Vyberu ubytovani vubec nelitujeme!

Za nás v případě ubytování na Štrbském plese jasná volba.

Přístup všech byl vynikající,ochota.Poloha penzionu,zařízení,nádherně udělaná kuchyňka pro hosty,čistota.Kousek od nádraží Štrbské pleso.Vše je v okolí cca 200 metrů.Dostupnost vlakem.

Pokoje jsou akorát pro dva.U nás byla přistýlka pro syna 16 let a to už tak pohodlné nebylo - naše volba.

Excellent accommodation that I would recommend to anyone to stay.

It looked new, clean and was very comfortable and great location. It was with a lot of little touches managed well and we felt welcomed.

There were issues with the online key lock notifications which I haven’t received in advance, but luckily the contact person was immediately helpful and solved the problem straight away for us.

Krásne čisté ubytovanie v blízkosti Štrbského plesa s vynikajúcimi raňajkami

pekná čistá izba, zodpovedajúca fotografiám na internete. všade čisto, na izbe kávovar a rýchlovarná kanvica, sprcha teplá, mali sme k dispozícii aj šampón, fén a uteráky. raňajky boli vynikajúce a personál stále doplňoval ak niečo došlo. poloha fantastická, na skok k Štrbskému plesu.

dala by som ešte jeden náhradný toaletný papier, trošku nedomyslený sprchovací kút, voda bola všade naokolo, aj keď bola k dispozícii stierka, ale na jednu noc nevadilo, prijala by som minichladničku na izbe.

The communication on forehand was good. View from the room overlooked the value. Showers were good! Breakfast was so good, all you require for a long day walking. Staff is super friendly.

Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Found stains on sheets. Breakfast only available for 1.5 hours, which was not convenient. Large squeegee found in bathroom, looked out of place, until the water in the shower went all over the floor - then we found the squeegee useful for cleaning up after a shower.

Lovely place to stay

The property is nicely furnished and clean. The room was quite large and there was enough space for our belongings in the cardboards. We absolutely enjoyed the mountain view from our room, and the breakfast was really delicious.

Good breakfast. Spacy, clean rooms with view. Comfortable beds. Good location, free parking.

We received no SMS-code of the key boxes of the rooms so we had to ask by phone. Checking out is too soon (10 a.m. the latest) When checking out extra fee was charged -- and deducted from my account -- by the mistake of the recepcionist. It was restored by next day. No lifts.

Amazing place to stay when visiting High Tatras.

Very nice and cozy room, great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay a lot :) The staff was amazing, helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay any time of year.

Good value for money and convenient location for skiers! Great mountain views from the rooms.

Rooms very comfortable - not big but well organized and cozy. Clean and nicely done bathrooms. Breakfasts were tasty and it was very convenient to have them served in the villa. The menu was exactly the same every day but the buffet selection was wide enough to choose something else each time. We stayed there for 5 nights. Fresh fruits were served each morning and there were plant-based milk drinks available - which both is a big plus. Villa Emma location is close to the ski bus (5 min walk) and best local restaurants. Free of charge ski equipment storage is also available for guests.

The drinks selection for breakfast needs some improvement though. Coffee was horrible and no black tea (only fruit or flavored), no fresh lemon. Juices were very artificial. These were the only issues. We ended up with buying our own supplies of tea and coffee and bringing them with us each morning to the dining room.

Could be a bit closer to the ski lifts but that's not a problem if you have a car.

We had a wonderful time there, and we are planning to stay there again in the future.

It located not far from the big lake and we had a wonderful panorama to the surrounding mountains. The staff was amazingly helpful, and the breakfast was great for us.

The shower was built in a strange way, so there were some water issues.

Comfy & clean place with eco natural design & excellent location for exploring High Tatras. Enjoying morning coffee with magnificent mountain panorama including view of Krivan during sunrise was simply divine. Definitely place to come back.
