Das Frühstück war sehr schleppend, alles dauerte sehr lange und die Dame war schlecht gelaunt. Das es über 100 Stufen (mit Gepäck) bis ins Zimmer sind stand nirgendwo und ist eine Zumutung (Gäste über 60)...

Bessere Beschreibung. Garten Ungepflegt. Hausdame immer schlecht gelaunt.

No recomendaría este hotel hasta que no hagan una profunda renovación

Las ventanas cierran bien. El desayuno es excelente. Se puede andar al centro (escaleras) El jardín es agradable.

- no hay indicaciones de cómo llegar adecuadas - 80 escaleras desde el parking más cercano - no hay ni un solo distintivo exterior de que es un hotel, cuando por fin entramos una señora que regaba las plantas nos miraba como si entrásemos en una casa privada - el mobiliario necesita una renovación; no sólo es antiguo, si no que tiene desperfectos y algún roto - la limpieza es mejorable en muchos aspectos, por ejemplo, nuestras sábanas estaban sucias , como por la noche no hay nadie no pudimos ni arreglarlo. Usamos unas tazas para té y las enjuagamos, pero luego nadie las limpió de verdad y se veían restos. Podría seguir, pero dejo esos ejemplos. - el calentador de agua hace ruidos aleatorios (no al ser usado, si no mientras duermes) - hay una nevera en el armario pero sin enchufar - hay una caja fuerte pero sin anclajes - no leen ni responden si les escribes a través de la app de Booking.com

Well located a few minutes from the center of the city. Very private feel with garden and trees.

We never met the staff but we communicated by texting. They left us a receipt and we left the payment in the apartment.

The number of stairs we had to climb to get to the apartment. We had heavy suitcases.

Great place to stay!

This place has really unique style, the rooms were really cute, well equipped and clean. The best part was tasty breakfast in the amazing garden. The place is like a hotel, but more casual, with wonderful host

Lovely breakfast, pleasant garden.

The property was in a great location. Close to the bus to and from the bus station and ferry port. Also a short walk to the Old city of Dubrovnik without being in the tourist trap that is the old city.

We arrived at the address on Booking.com and it took us to a different property. We were met with a very disgruntled response. Given we were extremely hot, lost and very tired, a little more understanding would have been appreciated. The air conditioning was not the best so we were very hot all night.

Lovely, great location

breakfast was exceptional, the garden and location were perfect. we also had a lovely view. instructions to locating the property were clear and the videos were appreciated. reserved car park was a real plus.

it would have helped if instructions for entry had been sent perhaps 12 hours prior as we didnt have the connection to receive the instructions during our journey to Dubrovnik. prior instructions on accessing the reserved carpark would also have been appreciated. the water system in our room made odd noises intermittently.

Superb

Great location, mostly very quiet and the breakfast was amazing although I am not used to eating that much in the morning 😀 The lady running it was very kind and made us lunch when we had an early start so missing breakfast. The room was simple but met our needs.

We could hear some guests above our room quite late into the night but it could have been worse. Some things didn't work ie hairdryer but if we were bothered enough she would have replaced/sorted straight away.

WARNING watch car park and tickets - purchased through accommodation at €20 per day but when it came to leaving the car

really hard to find anything good to say after the extreme rude and insulting behaviour of the owners. sorry but just simply couldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

firstly extremely hard to find in a busy one way street with no parking. located up 73 steps with no Signage at all. no one to meet us or explain process once finally found. had to phone twice for directions and garage parking and spoken to like I was an idiot. 4 sockets in entire apartment 2 x bedside 1 xTV and one in bathroom had to unplug 1 bedside for fridge that was in the wardrobe and rattled doors every 20 mins throughout the night. unplugged the other bedside for phone chargers although aircon above socket was old and working flat out caused water to drip all over our electrical’s so used the TV socket. the kettle had to be plugged into the bathroom and rested in the sink. the bed legs stuck out so far that both of us kicked them on many occasions. No main light for the first day/night and shower only produced cold water on our last morning and was hanging off the wall. Breakfast was taken in the garden and although a lovely idea was only 2 choices - take it or leave it. everything was just put on the table regardless and most of ours was just wasted. we felt the only time any interest was show in us was when they wanted payment and made me walk to an ATM as refused to take card.

Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik

We liked the hospitality of the lady who is the manager of the villa, the fact that she was very attentive of our needs and the breakfast she cooked was absolutely amazing. We celebrated our anniversary in Dubrovnik and she gave us a little present and that was something she didn't have to do, but showed us what a kind lady she is.

The price was good but it was rather a disappointing place.

The room is clean and the suite was economical.

Lack of plug-ins in the room and lack of lights in the room that worked. the main light bulb was burnt out. You had a choice of either plugging in the fridge or plugging in the light. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The toilet paper holder was broken off. The safe was not bolted down in the cupboard so anyone could walk off with it.There were a lot of stairs going from the road to the apartment So if you had mobility issues this is not a good place to stay.There’s also a lot of stairs to get down to the main town walled city of Dubrovnik.

There’s a bit of a steep set of stairs that you need to take to reach the B&B (from the main road) so it was quite difficult to bring the luggage up.

Great location, just next to Old Town and all bars and restaurants. Very cozy and beautiful garden, additionally worth to mention homemade breakfast. It was super delicious. We arrived earlier than the check-in time at the hotel, but at the same time, the owners prepared a room for us immediately and allowed us to check in earlier.

Poor wi-fi connection, didn't work for the whole day. The bathroom door jammed, it was difficult to open and close it. There is a TV in the room, but it is hung so high that even standing it is difficult to watch, not to mention lying on the bed.
