Eate un loc frumos cu personal foarte amabil si atent. Am apreciat in primul rand oamenii, apoi serviciile (mic dejun variat, restaurant cu mancare foarte buna si meniu diversificat, cazare in camere ingrijite) dar si optiunile de relaxare (piscina foarte mare, curata, ingrijita, sauna, salina, etc.).
Multumim pentu ca ne-ati facut sejurul minunat!

Locatie super, hotel refacut cu gust, personal amabil, mancarea de la micul dejun foarte buna si diversificata. Mic dejun cu bufet suedez, cafea variata la automate, pancake delicioase... Etc
A trebuit sa schimbam camera, prima de la etajul 7 a avut o vedere urata pe fostul hotel Caraiman (in ruine).

Hotelul e bine poziționat, relativ central, la 15 min de mers pe jos față de teleferic/telecabină. Micul dejun e foarte bun, camere curate, confortabile (nimic fantezist, totuși), iar de la balcon, la etajul 7 chiar am avut o panoramă superbă a stațiunii

Chiar dacă nu era nimic defect și nu a afectat confortul, se vede că baia a fost renovată mai demult.

Amabilitatea personalului din restaurant care a incercat pe cat posibil sa suplineasca lipsurile..
Nu exista nicio legatura intre ce este prezentat pe site sau pe booking si ceea ce am gasit acolo. Un hotel vechi, cu mobilier extrem de vechi si uzat, usi cazute la mobilier, mocheta foarte foarte murdara, geamuri murdare, tencuiala cade de pe tavan, fara aer conditionat, frig in camera, personalul auxiliar se inghesuie in lift cu turistii, un singur restaurat deschis doar pana la ora 22,00, mancarea servita in singurul restaurant deschis, foarte slab calitativa, nu raspunde nimeni la receptie daca suni din camera, nu exista room service. O planta mare, degradata in apartament, cu sticle de plastic in ghiveci..
Pe site este descris un bar deschis non stop, nu exista asa ceva!

Amplasarea hotelui, personalul foarte amabil, patul foarte confortabil, am cerut camera cu patut si a fost in regula, patutul de lemn foarte ok, baia ok cu mici defecte, piscina din punctul meu de vedere ok poate pentru confortul altora mergea putin mai calda, saunele foarte in regula, transportul de la hotel la partie asigurat de un sky buss, soferul foarte amabil a plecat doar cu noi. In camera de la etajul 6 a fost destul de cald sambata(03-02) duminica mai putin...caloriferele erau doar caldute dar se mentinea un 21-22 grade in camera(am avut termometru de camera pentru bebe si vorbesc pe date exacte) Per total a fost in regula, hotelul nu e foarte modern dar incearca sa il mentina cat mai ok.
Ce nu mi-a placut a fost micul dejun, preparatele reci, acelasi in 2 zile identic chiar, dulce aproape deloc(doar niste cozonac).
Nu faceai foamea dar nici nu puteai sa zici ca ai mancat un mic dejun foarte bun...nu e de 4 stele clar.
Zgomotul in camera de pe holuri se aude foarte tare, TV-ul nu mergea pe Netflix/Youtube cred ca nu era semnalul bun Wifi...minibar 0 doar pe post de frigider, destul de curat in camrea dar ar putea fi inlocuita mocheta este foarte uzata...lipsa dop la cada, lipsa betisoare de urechi, lifturile sunt depasite, astepti 5 minute sa vina in unele cazuri cand sunt folosite intens la etajele inferioare, de caldura nu ma pot plange ca nu a fost dar tind sa cred ca se mai si face economie(in weekendul 3-4 februarie a fost o sefa de partid pe acolo si tind sa cred ca de aia a fost asa cald) altfel duminica seara am vazut cum se duceau aeroterme in camere unde cei cazati faceau reclamatie. Consider ca pretul cerut e cam mare in raport cu ceea ce ofera acest hotel.

La prima vedere hotelul arata bine dar, daca esti atent la detalii constati ca doar s-a dat o spoiala, a ramat acelasi hotel comunist. In bai s-au schimbat doar chiuvetele, nu sunt prize langa pat, ca sa stingi lampa trebuie sa te ridici . In fiecare dimineata aceleasi produse si nu aveai prea multe optiuni . Nu prea isi merita cele 4 stele

- Reataurant food was too terrible. I’m not surprised that the restaurant was empty every evening!

Locație bună, personalul amabil, camere cu vedere la pârtie, patul confortabil - a fost suficient de mare încât sa dormim 2 adulți si un copil de 6 ani. A fost inclus în cazare accesul la spa, sauna și piscina și ne am relaxat după activitățile de pe pârtie. Per total a fost bine.
Nu au un loc de joaca pentru copii, nu a fost suficient de cald în cameră, asta ca să nu zic ca a fost frig..., mâncarea prea scumpă și prea puține feluri de mâncare în meniu, noua ne ar fi plăcut sa aibă și mâncare tradiționala românească, mai ales ca am fost cazați in decembrie, de ziua națională...

Amplasarea hotelului, micul dejun, meniul restaurantului, piscina, curatenia si personalul au fost OK. E OK si faptul ca dispuneti de parcare in curtea interioara. Ne-am invartit putin prin ea dar am gasit un loc si pentru masina noastra.
Cel putin camera tripla in care am fost cazati are nevoie urgenta de renovari. Mai ales la baie dar si la altele. Uscatorul de par nu functioneaza, vasul WC-ului nu e fixat in pardosea si risti sa cazi cu el. Finisajele din toata baia iti lasa impresia unui hotel de 2 stele. La o saltea, sub cearseaf, se simtea ceva de plastic aplicat. O telecomanda tv functioneaza foarte greu, e crapata si zgarie la mana. Televizoare foarte mici, depasite moral, cu performante fara legatura cu categoria de 4 stele si cu posturi tv disponibile clientului foarte putine si in mare parte cu un continut neinteresant. La 4 stele ar trebui ceva mult mai OK. La restaurant am fost incarcat aiurea la nota de plata cu 39 lei reprezentand o comanda care ne-a fost adusa in mod eronat. Noi am comandat ceva si ne-a fost adus altceva. Am aratat ospatarului situatia, a spus ca a inteles si si-a cerut scuze si ne-a adus ce cerusem desi nici atunci nu ne-a adus exact ce era in descrierea acelui meniu ci ceva relativ asemanator. Oricum mult diferit de salata cu crutoane adusa initial si care nu avea legatura cu noi. Nu e OK sa pui musafirii sa dea zapada din curte, ca sa poata pleca, la un hotel de 4 stele. Situatia cu ninsorile era bine stiuta, fusese anuntata clar la meteo, aveti experienta altor ani de acolo din zona montana si trebuia sa aveti asigurate servicii de deszapezire pe care sa va bazati. Un utilaj in proprietatea dvs. ar fi foarte OK mai ales la cat de mare este hotelul si ce venituri genereaza avand in vedere si tarifele relativ exagerate, raportat la concurenta din tara, pe care le practicati. Pe bonul de plata, la check out, ar trebui sa fie trecute explicit consumatiile. Nu doar sumele si categoria. Este o buna practica pe care eu am intalnit-o la alte unitati de categorie similara din tara. Asa evitati si dvs. eventuale reclamatii eronate dar ajutati si clientul sa-si aduca aminte ce a consumat si, per ansamblu, da o nota de profesionalism la nivelul stelelor cu care va laudati.

Mic dejun banal , produse ieftine.Piscina rece , spa-ul anost .Ținând cont ca este un hotel de 4 stele minibarul nu oferă nici măcar o apa .De fapt este gol , nici măcar contracost.Exista un mini bar în zona recepție de unde te pot arovziona. , nu am mai vazut conceptul acesta până acum.

Bella la piscina anche se si perpepisce un afa fastidiosa, il caldo è molto opprimente.
Interessante l'offerta SPA e massaggi anche se l'area dedicata non è molto estesa.
La cucina non è male, sufficiente per un soggiorno in famiglia, molto gentili i camerieri in sala, soprattutto la ragazza che credo sia di nazionalità indiana.
Pessima sistemazione per quanto riguarda l'alloggio, camere vecchie, prive di ogni servizio. non è presente una macchinetta per il caffè e il frigobar è vuoto. Televisore piccolo e senza possibilità di condividere contenuti dal pc e smartphone. WiFi pessimo con connessione lenta.
Bagno piccolo provvisto di una vasca da bagno con doccia integrata.
Non ho potuto fare a meno di notare la pericolosità dei corrimano dei balconi, e sul corridoio è presente un'accesso a un terrazzino dove il corrimano non è sufficiente a prevenire una caduta dal tetto. Con un bambino di 2 anni e collocati al sesto piano, è stato impossibile utilizzare i balconi per paura si arrampicasse.
In una settimana di soggiorno la camera è stata pulita 2 volte...
Alla fine stanchi e delusi abbiamo lasciato l'hotel un giorno prima del previsto.
L'hotel richiederebbe una profonda ristrutturazione e ammodernizzazione totale dell'offerta servizi.
In definitiva rapporto qualità prezzo scarsissima. Non torneremo e non consigliamo questa struttura.

The room we stayed in was very clean and pretty spacious. The view from the window, AMAZING!
The food, Yummy and all the personell was very helpfull. Last but not least, the pool was the biggest plus. The bar had good drinks and the feeling of drinking something cold in a hot pool is really interesting and pleasant. Overall, it is a great place wich we highly recommend! 💕

Outdated and broken furniture inside the hotel room. Remember this is meant to be a 4 star hotel. Broken toilet seat with limited toilet paper, broken outdoor furniture, you cannot sit on the chairs as they will give way. I would not lean on the wooden balcony as it might give way. Finally on my first dinner at the hotel I ended up with stomach issues the whole 3 days I was there
