Nice views of the lake, comfortable beds, lots of kitchen appliances and games, good stovetop and oven, nice outside areas and couches, cosy atmosphere for a family reunion weekend.

Wouldn’t recommend this properly for people with breathing issues or mobility challenges as there is smelly mould in the downstairs bedrooms and no railing on slippery stairs to get into the property. The house is lovely but gets very little sunshine. On our last night the whole upstairs lighting went out. When we called the property management they said it was unlikely they could get an electrician in time as it was a long weekend. We totally understand that but they said they would call us back to confirm we would be without lighting and they never did. We couldn’t bbq as planned and had to ration the bedside lamps to make our final family dinner and use torches to light up the bathroom. The property management also said they would check with the owners about receiving a discount because of the inconvenience - again, they never got back to us.

This property was amazing! we felt like home as soon as we got there! perfect for a family or two! we took our kayaks and enjoyed the lake! thanks so much for an amazing wkd away from home 🏠

As part of their stay they require a bond to be paid with Credit Card. The only way they do it is either over the phone or submitting a full image of your credit card with ccv. Which is a huge security risk. The only reason I would not book again is this. Because either of this process violates my contract with VISA/MasterCard.
