Location

Never been anywhere regardless of peak season and not been able to get the keys at check in time of 2pm. A phone-call prior to arrival would have appreciated rather than making the trip to pick up keys and not being able to. BBQ didn’t work well at all. Heated food rather than cooked it. Had to use the stove instead. House needs work done to it. Eg balcony glass cracked in multiple places (this may present a safety concern), bathrooms r run down. Kitchen was fairly well equiped however no Tupperware type containers or even just some glad wrap and paper towel would have been handy.

Both levels of the house have level access. For people with mobility issues, the top level has access from the rear, a level shower, and is on the same floor as the kitchen. The bbq is large (flat plate, 6 burner). The dogs loved the house too, although there is no secure grassed area. The house was well appointed with crockery, cutlery and kitchen gadgets. The team at the managing real estate agent were great. Messaging to check we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

The bottom floor had a mild damp smell when we arrived, but it had rained the two weeks prior to our arrival and it dissipated when we opened the windows and doors. The oven and cooktop are in need of replacement. We stayed the week of Christmas, so it was very expensive.
