Nous reviendrons à Rosés mais pas dans cet établissement.

L’emplacement est bien, à 1 mins de la plage à pieds. Dans la chambre et la salle de bain sont confortables. Lit très grand, et agréable.

La propreté, l’hygiène de la chambre comme de la salle de bain est à revoir.. des poils, des cheveux parterre. Beaucoup trop de bruit, sans parler de la fête dans la rue mais dans l’établissement il y’a un problème, avec mon compagnon on entendait toute la conversation téléphonique du voisin de chambre, on l’entendait uriner comme si il était dans notre salle de bain, même le matin on a entendu les vibrations de son réveil. C’est une catastrophe..

Mauvaise surprise de l'appli

Rien à redire sur la chambre : Impeccable et confortable, il ne manquait rien pour passer un bon séjour

Là où le bât blesse, c'est l'accès exclusivement fait sur application. Ça nécessitait d 'avoir what'app sur son mobile, et de savoir s'en servir ! Heureusement que le vendeur du magasin d'en face m'a aidé, par ce que je suis pas à l'aise du tout avec ça... Ce qui est vraiment dommage pour moi, et qui m'a gâché la soirée, c'est qu'à cause de ça, je suis pas sortie me balader et allé au restaurant de peur de pas pouvoir ouvrir la porte après. Si ça avait été clairement indiqué que ça marchait uniquement par appli, AVANT de payer la réservation, je n'aurai pas réservé ici. Je reviendrais pour profiter de Rosas le soir, mais dans un autre établissement... sans appli ! Dommage, car les chambres sont top et pas chères

Online Check-In hat mit über einer Stunde mehr Zeit gekostet als jeder Check-In bei einer bedienten Hotel-Lobby. Der Whatsapp+ Support war inexistent, Stornierung als die Zahlung nicht funktionierte wurde abgelehnt

Buena estancia.

En general nos gustó todo pero si tenemos que quedarnos con algo sería: Obsequio de botella de agua por persona. Poco ruido. Buena ubicación. Limpieza.

En general todo estaba muy bien, lo peor debido a la buena ubicación y estar tan céntrico es que la zona de aparcamiento por la zona es muy escasa siendo difícil aparcar, aunque si te alejas 10/15 min andando encuentras.

No hay aparcamiento te vuelves loco para aparcar. El tener que dejar la habitación a las 10:00h.

The room was clean, but very small. The light sensor in the room kept going on and turning on a blue light all night long at the smallest move. We couldn’t open the window as the smell from the fish restaurants downstairs were very strong - this is not the fault of the hotel; but to keep in mind if ever you want to go out on the balcony

Very good

Clean, great location, worked smoothly. We were not familiar with the online check in but a nice couple helped us with it. We also wrote the host and we received an answer a few minutes later. Great experience all in all.

No elevator. We were tired and it would be nice to take our luggage upstairs using a lift.

Overall positive. Great location. Simple, small room but perfectly adequate - you get what you pay f

The location was excellent and the room was comfortable. The shower was great and unusually big for the size of the room! Other reviews mentioned noise but we didnt find this a massive problem from the street - we were quite late to bed though and things seemed to open up late. The walls did seem thin but our neighbours were not very noisy.

There was no room cleaning in the 6 nights we were there. Although it isn't necessary every day like in a hotel it would have been nice to have the room freshened up at least once in the week we were there - the sand from the beach gets everywhere and bath towels were quite dirty by the end. I was also very nervous about the door entry system. Check in was super easy and it did work well for us, just using the app on the phone to open the doors. One morning the system seemed to be down though and we couldn't open the room door. Luckily there was someone cleaning one of the other rooms who could let us in with a key. Have to say I was constantly nervous about running out of battery on my phone though - and made me extra paranoid about making sure not to lose it, which was ultimately a good thing!

However, there were many more better things than worse, overall was a great experience.

Clean, nice staff, great concept, worked smoothly. Lovingly ensuite.

There was no soap and we'd specifically asked for a double rather than 2 single beds pushed together.

It was clean and the place is new.

I asked for a double bed and they gave us 2 twin beds. There was no soap on the bathroom we had to buy shower gel. The place is noisy and in the picture there's a view but what I could see from my window was a grey wall. Also in the picture there's a tray on the bed with goods, there was nothing on my bed. I'm just saying that they should post pictures of what the place really looks like instead of posting pictures of something the place is not. Also there's no much room for putting your clothes, or your products in the bathroom. Altogether, disappointing.
