Exceptional, amazing owner with great apartment

Undoubtedly one of the best places I have ever stayed! Extra clean, very tidy. Looks as real as in the pictures even better. The apartment is newly furnished lacks nothing.The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The owner deserves much more than 5 stars at our service for any need. Superhost with high manners thanks for the beautiful stay Highly recommend and plan to stay here in the future

Horrible!

The location was very good with access to many shopping malls

I’m quite traumatized by this experience. To begin with, I was shocked to see that many of the photos shown on booking were not real! The apartment is quite old and very poorly furnished. The washing machine has only one program that damages your clothes. Upon arrival, the owner forced us to change the dates on Booking (from 10 days to 2 days only) so that she doesn’t have to pay the full commission to Booking! The facility has major plumbing problems. The shower is broken and the owner refuses to fix it despite the polite requests. The toilet is leaking and when it got blocked, the owner made us pay for the plumber which was very expensive. Upon checkout, the owner made us pay the electricity bill for the entire month despite staying for 10 days only! (I happened to accidentally see the slip). The balcony is used as a storage room for strange construction items like red bricks, for example! The AC is leaking in a bucket that you need to empty yourself once filled up! The kitchen cabin shelves are spread with old newspapers and the items are not hygienic to use. The experience was very bad and the owner’s greed made it worse! She is too audacious to ask us not to write a Booking review and is threatening us that her father is a military lieutenant. Definitely avoid this terrible facility!

Great hospitality by the owner ...Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay, very nice place as described, very clean and very near to all services. We will be back and can truly recommend Dr. Rania's apartment. You will not be disappointed.

Exceptional "Cozy and lovely apartment"

This apartment is perfect , clean, well maitained & well furnished. Every room has a balcony with a nice view. The apartment is in a very unique location. The shopping centre is nearby, market and food court. This place is very convenient for people to stay for a long vacation . The landlord is a very kind and decent person. Many thanks.

Exceptional

"Amazing appartement, so clean and tidy, in addition, it has an exceptional location, with a walkable distance to all Rehab landmarks including markets, food court and club, also very close to important malls and gates of Rehab. Special thanks to the owner, Dr. Rasha, for her kindeness and elegant way in dealing with her clients, she made us feel that we are all one family and not in a rental flat, thanks again for generous hospitality and care 10/10

Exceptional... A perfect apartment with a special location

Liked · A perfect apartment with a special location, the food court and the market are at the end of the street which made it so easy to get whatever I need ,the beds were so comfy and clean, the bathrooms, the whole place is very clean. Dr Rania is a great host, I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend this apartment

The best!

The flat is perfect in a very beautiful location. The host is a very nice character.The apartment is very clean. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, market and banks. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

The owner is very decent and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We felt at home.It is very near to the food court and market you can walk to them. I would recommend everyone to stay in this apartment as it was awesome!
