Soggiorno che conferma le aspettative

Albergo conforme alle nostre esigenze: angolo cottura attrezzato che ha dato la possibilità a mia moglie celiaca di consumare una colazione sicura - che si è potuta preparare- e ciò specialmente a Brussels che non è propriamente una città friendly per le persone celiache. Posizione ottima centrale, vicino agli uffici europei ed alla metropolitana

good location but low value for money on everything else

the only good thing about this hotel is the location; right inside the EU quarter

the hotel and facilities are outdated and not always functional. straight out of a 70s movie but without the charm and it still costs a small fortune; other colleagues stayed just across the street: same price but much better conditions

Nice Stay

Really good location, right next to the metro/train station and Cinquantenaire Park. Kitchen facilities was also good, we could made dinner 😁. The room was very spacious.

Due to flight delays my dad arrived before me and they wouldn't let him check in until payment is done - probably my mistake as I thought I selected immediate payment when booking. But they had my bank details via booking.com so payment would have been made either way, I couldn't understand the nonflexible of the staff even though I have messaged them to explain the situation and that I will pay as soon as I arrive (it was an away weekend gift for my dad so I didn't want him to pay for anything) 😞

Estupenda relación calidad-precio y personal muy amable

Muy amplio y silencioso. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El personal es amabilísimo, nos sentimos muy bien acogidos, ¡gracias! No es el hotel más cercano al centro de la ciudad pero la relación calidad-precio es genial y llegas al centro en poco tiempo con el transporte público. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Agréable séjour

L'appartement, situé à 5 min de l'hôtel, était proche de la station de métro et dans un quartier calme. La chambre était très spacieuse et agréable malgré qu'elle soit en R-1. On a apprécié de pouvoir laisser nos bagages en consigne à l'hôtel à notre arrivée le matin et le jour de notre départ.

It was alright.

Room was spacious. Cozy. Friendly staff.

No proper sleep. Doors banging in the morning several times. Sound from outside. No storage place in bathroom. No utensils in kitchen. If the room has a kitchenette then there should be basic utensils or cutlery available in the room.

Ci sono I fornelli per cucinare ma la cucina non è attrezzata con piatti e posate o pentole. Una macchina del caffè con qualche cialda vicino al bollitore starebbe benissimo!

It is in a good location near the European Commission offices

My room was very large, it was an apartment, but with dated furniture, not well matched with each other and the electricity supply totally misaligned with the arrangement of the furniture. The bathtub with a curtain that was too long which created discomfort.

The room was spacious and perfect for my stay and would certainly book again and for a longer stay. A great selection was offered for breakfast. All the staff at the hotel were professional, kind and helpful. Made my stay really pleasant.

Μεγάλο και άνετο δωμάτιο, αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι, βολική τοποθεσία.

Το ξενοδοχείο χρήζει ανακαίνισης κυρίως στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους (διάδρομοι, ασανσέρ κλπ). Ακόμα και η εξωτερική του εμφάνιση χρειάζεται βελτίωση.

Prima hotel voor één nacht

De locatie in de Europese wijk, een parkeergarage onder het hotel en vriendelijk personeel.

De prijskwaliteit verhouding was vroeger (voor Covid19) beter. Op het moment dat ik de kamer in kwam (8 november 2023) was er een duidelijke chloorlucht aanwezig. Moest er wellicht iets gemarkeerd worden? Ook was het erg warm in de kamer, want de airco was ingesteld op 22 graden Celsius, dit terwijl ook het raam open stond (voor de frisse lucht??) en het buiten slechts 10 graden was. Is niet heel erg klimaatbewust. Daarnaast liep de douchebak niet goed leeg, hierdoor was ik wel erg snel klaar met douchen, als ik niet gestopt was met douchen, dan had het water over de douchebak de badkamer en de hotelkamer ingelopen. Dit laatste heb ik gemeld bij de receptie, dus hopelijk hebben ze het inmiddels opgelost.

Euroflat has been the same for years and still delivers on all those points. Exactly as expected. A/C seems to have been added to the rooms. Reception saved me when I was in desperate need of a taxi to the airport.
