Toulouse is gem worth discovering, this hotel and its staff put at your fingertips the best Roulouse has to offer.

Amazing location with easy access to to parking at the epicenter of a buzzing city.

Bonne Situation en fond de cour atypique et joli. Personnel très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner.

L’emplacement idéal

Nous avons bénéficié d’une chambre au -1 Espace moins agréable que dans les étages Couloirs froids à la sortie de chambre. La Salle de douche et chambre auraient besoin d’un petit coup de fraîcheur. Espace sans doute assez joli en un autre temps mais marbre avec joints à refaire (pas très nets), difficulté pour réglage eau chaude. Télévision difficultés réception certaines chaînes au -1

Un week-end réussi à tout point de vue

Qualité de la literie ainsi que du petit déjeuner . Aucun problème de bruit dont qualité du sommeil Accueil et gentillesse du personnel de jour comme de nuit. Idéalement situé.

A pleasant 24 hours in an excellent location.

Excellent location although the taxi didn’t make it to the front door because of traffic restrictions. Room very comfortable. Excellent service from reception staff (Yoann).

A lovely old hotel. Great staff and very well renovated.

Lovely old hotel. The bedroom walls were lined with padded material. Mahogany panels. Very much in keeping with the period of the hotel.

The bar was always empty, no obvious staff, so not very inviting. Maybe some nice background music, a bit of jazz?

Location brilliant, staff friendly, bathroom floor had not been cleaned, I had to wipe it clean on arrival, full of hairs,not ours, staff friendly,let down by cleaning

Great Location and Receptionists

Reception staff are a credit to the Hotel. Polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Please give them a health pay rise.

The friendly atmosphere. The lovely room and the breakfast. Other local hotels would really have to be amazing to get anywhere close to L'opera... Young French man with an American accent on the desk pulled out all the stops. A credit to the Hotel... Merci beaucoup David and Caroline...
