Make memories at the Nautilus Condominiums which are located directly on the sugar fine sands of Okaloosa Island. The breathtaking view of the Gulf/Beach is the first thing you see upon entering this 5th Floor End Condo, 2BR/2BA unit which is visible from the Living area, Kitchen and Master Bedroom as well as your huge private wrap around balcony. The 2 bedrooms and baths are on opposite sides of the kitchen and living areas, giving privacy for couples or families with children.
LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the welcoming Gulf View living room with floor to ceiling patio doors to your private balcony. Get comfy on the sectional sofa bed and chair.
KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the spacious kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for five. There is also counter seating for 3. The kitchen has full-size appliances including refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher as well as small appliances such as Drip Coffeemaker (Mr. Coffee style), Blender and Toaster. Fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals.
BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and the . The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide gorgeous views of the water and entry to your private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with two sinks, and a shower. The second bedroom has 2 Twin XL beds. A full guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedrooms all include televisions with cable TV. All condos have wireless internet with each unit having their own router.
THE LOCATION Nautilus Condominiums are located on the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. We are a mid-size building with only 68 units and 7 stories with 2 elevators. You never have to worry about the overcrowded beaches that high-rise buildings create. We are just the right size, so it is never a far walk to our beach walkover. We have an on-site rental office so our friendly staff are available to respond to questions & maintenance issues quickly. We have a great convenience store next door. With multiple units available to rent many families and sports teams book with us so that they can all stay nearby.

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed. Our beds are made with white quilts that are laundered prior to every check in. A blow dryer is included in each unit.

Wonderful stay at Nautilus. Facility is clean and the location is perfect. Having Beach umbrella service daily is a huge plus for our stay. Gerilynn at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She is attentive and quick to be helpful in every way. We have stayed her 4 times now and certain if we go back to area it will be a 5th time. Condo are clean and wife feels very safe staying here. We have done Ocean front and Ocean view and we enjoy both with the added bonus of sitting on deck each night listening to sound of water. Location is fantastic as it removes you from the hustle and bustle of being in Destin. Elevators are a little slow but this is certainly not a dealbreaker for us. We had yet another Wonderful Stay

This property was just as described! Pros: beautiful view, you can hear the waves right from the living room or master suite, massive wrap around balcony perfect to have breakfast and dinner on while enjoying the view, secondary balcony in second bedroom, super clean, access to beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, beach has unbelievable clean white sand. Cons: check in time is tough as you can’t check in until 4pm but they close at 5pm. Lots of ways to work around this if you coordinate with the office but took a little extra planning. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

I love sunrises and sunsets. The master bedroom in l the perfect spot to watch beautiful sunrises and watch the waves while having coffee in bed. The balcony is perfect for sunsets and an evening cocktail. The condo was clean and had all the comforts of home. The guest in the second bedroom was comfortable with the twin beds although we thought the room had a full bed. This property was in the prefect spot for beach hopping. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the near future. This unit is updated nicely but the upkeep by property management was neglectful. The location was ideal near the lifeguard on the beach. However, inside when we stayed there for a week we dealt with dirty air vents, sliding doors that would not open, ants, and dirt under furniture. One of the two elevators did not have air in the heat of the summer. Unfortunately we will not stay on this property again.

Great Stay!
We got to the property after management had left for the day. They made sure we could get into the condo very easily! I was very happy they had carts to help haul all the luggage up to the 5th floor. The condo itself was clean, and the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/utensils to allow us to make dinner & breakfast during our stay. We had 4 adults, and two babies under 2, and it fit us all very well! There were also plenty of beach toys in the outside storage for the 2 year old to play with! The only thing that needed improvement was the shower in the master needed a good scrubbing, and the button to switch the sprayer in the faucet in the kitchen was broken. There was also a tic tac toe board that was a super cute gesture, but it was also broken and missing a piece. I would definitely stay here again! The location and easy access to the beach were lovely!
