Lovely staff and good value for money. I'd happily stay there again.
The location is fantastic and I thought it was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom felt a bit basic, but clean and usable

Great for overnight stop
Location, bar, comfy room
Thin walls, could hear other guests and TV. Lots of fish on the menu. I don't eat fish so limited the choice. Also cheese on many dishes. I wasn't asked if allergic. Had to leave some of my dish as had cheese on it, which I am allergic to and it hadn't stated was on dish in the menu.

Passable for one overnight stay
Staff were very friendly, and when we asked for anything, they were really helpful. The breakfast was pleasant and was included in the stay.
The facilities are very dated and basic, and unfortunately we had a room which was damp, which also made the bedsheets and everything else damp. Staying with a baby in a place like this wasn't ideal.

Lovely staff but rooms need improve on improvements
Beutiful location, lovely staff, made to feel very welcome.
The room we stayed in needed shower & carpet replaced, kettle was rusty inside. Check-in the front door was locked, so we had to walk around the main building and knocked on the windows to find a member of staff to let us in.

Needs more staff , to be open for check in time to sit in lovely garden with a drink . Rooms need decorating and up dati
The bar area was lovely and clean , the staff were so friendly and do any thing for you . The atmosphere was lovely in the bar . The location was great near shops if you needed anything.
We were there for a wedding, a lot of guests were booked in there . Wen member of staff on in the kitchen for breakfast the morning of the wedding. We were eating over an hour for food . Half of us had to leave without breakfast as we would have missed the wedding . The rooms are definitely not worth the money we paid . Carpets are so old and dirty beds are so small . And cobwebs all over the room with giant spiders . I couldn’t sleep as one was crawling on my bed . Showers filled the whole bathroom with water didn’t drain properly. Would not stay here again for the price of the room and no breakfast. Drinks at the bar was very expensive as well . My son described his room as being in jail ! Also we got there for check in time at 3 than to be told bar wasn’t open for food or a drink . After a 4 hour drive to get there he told us we had to go to the next town for a drink and food!!!
