Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et pour s'excuser de tous ces désagréments nous ont offert l'accès à la piscine toute la semaine au lieu de 3 jours. Nous aurions préféré un dédommagement sur notre chambre d'hôtel à un prix très onéreux par rapport à la qualité des services.

J'ai réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes et le lit de mes enfants n'étaient pas fait. J'ai dû contacté la réception pour qu'ils fassent le lit, chose qu'ils n'ont pas pu faire car, il n'avait pas le personnel pour! Ils m'ont donné les draps afin que j'effectue moi même le lit à minuit! Une honte! De plus, j'ai payé un supplément important pour mon chien et j'ai du le laisser toute la journée dans la chambre car, des clients ne supportaient pas les animaux! N'amenez pas vos animaux dans cet hôtel!

Ganz tolles Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Hotel hat einen sehr hohen Standard. Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Es fehlt an nichts.

Klimaanlage war leider nicht in Ordnung.

Unos días de relax entre Lisboa y las playas de la península de Setúbal.

Desayuno rico y abundante, buena limpieza, personal agradable, dan toallas todos los días para la playa y la piscina. Buena limpieza, habitación cómoda e ideal para descansar, en un entorno tranquilo.

Perfect hotel for a 4 weekend solo trip

Beautiful hotel and was surprised at how lovely my standard room was. Location was great only 20 min drive from Lisbon centre and 5 min drive from the beach. Uber was affordable too

O pequeno almoço estava dentro dos parâmetros normais, sem grandes alternativas para quem está obrigado a uma dieta restritiva. Boa piscina e Spa.

A limpeza dos quartos é muito superficial notando-se algumas deficiências. A localização é má, apesar de estar num local com alguma vista sobre o mar, mas longe de tudo. Mais perto está a Caparica que é uma terrinha deprimente. Só de carro se pode ir para um sitio destes, com todos os inconvenientes que isso possa trazer.

Overall a super nice place to stay, the hotel team is amazing, breakfast excellent and in general the food is great

Um dos melhores hotéis que já nos hospedamos.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Podem reservar sem a menor sombra de dúvidas. Voltarei a me hospedar lá toda vez que vier em Lisboa. Pena que não tem disponibilidade para retornar ainda nesta viagem.

Tudo favorável, não há nada a reclamar deste hotel de verdade.

O restaurante em termos de qualidade/preço do jantar não achamos a comida de picar muito agradavel, mas a sopa era ótima. A comida do jantar poderia ser melhor, o pica pau sabia muito a vinho tinto e o choco pouco crocante

- Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal - Genug Parkplätze - Ruhige Lage - Allgemeine Ausstattung - Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett - Bequemes Bett

Zimmer: - Handtücher täglich gewechselt, obschon wir sie (wie vom Hotel gewünscht) dem Umweltschutz zuliebe aufgehängt hatten - TV: Kein einziges deutschsprachiges TV Programm (dafür zig Musikkanäle, China, Russland, etc.) - WC: Eine kreisrunde Mini-WC Schüssel, passend für Zwerge... - Keine Minibar (nur leerer Kühlschrank) Frühstück: - Das Frühstücksbuffet mit Ameisen teilen zu müssen (die ganze Woche Ameisen überall) - Das Rührei wird offenbar vorgefertigt und im Kühlschrank gelagert (wurde einmal kühlschrank-kalt serviert!) - Der Rauchlachs auf der Karte wurde nie aufgetischt, Käse- und Wurstwaren sehr dürftige und minderwertige Auswahl

Pequeno almoço muito bom com muita variedade. Quarto muito confortável com vista para o mar e para a piscina do hotel. Funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos, sempre prontos a ajudar.

Wi-Fi muito fraco, sem sinal no quarto (mas segundo a recepção teve a ver com uma avaria técnica).

Best hotel in caparica

The staff is great, rooms are big and clean. The whole hotel looks very organized, modern and clean. Hotel porter was very accommodating and friendly. All facilities were open and staffed. Breakfast was very good. Everything you could wish for.

Only thing I didn't like were the high bar prices. €5,50 for a normal beer and €16 for a salad. I payed €4 for a cappuccino and €12 for a cocktail. That's quite high for portuguese prices. Also what bothered me was other guests putting towels on pool chairs in the morning and coming back many hours later, hogging the pool chairs. I saw staff remove towels once or twice, but there should be a rule or something in my opinion. Most times I've sat at the pool, almost all pool chairs were "taken" but there would only be like 4 of 5 people in the pool. I don't know if the hotel can do anything about that, but it was annoying.
