Не бихме посетили отново

Храната е наистина много добра. Разположението също .

Няма достатъчно шезлонги за всички гости на хотела, макар да твърдят,че имат осигурени такива. Сърдито отношение на персонала около басейна, на плажа и рибния ресторант.

O vacanta nu prea reușită !

Nu prea mi-a plăcut,mă așteptam mai mult de la ei !

Masa se repetau unele meniuri,erai privit peste umăr ce consumi. Și ar fi mai multe dar mă abțin.

Петзвезден лукс само вътре в хотела!

Закуската и вечерята бяха отлични. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Персонала изключително любезен и грижовен към гостите. Стаите се почистват ежедневно и се сменят хавлиите.Персонала на територията на хотел Хелена сендс любезен и грижовен към гостите.

Допускането на гости от Хелена парк на територията на външните пространства на хотела (басейн,фитнес,плаж).Нарушават постоянно комфорта на гостите на Хелена сендс и създават проблеми на персонала и ръководството на хотела .Усещането ,че си в петзвезден хотел е само вътре в хотела.Не са взети мерки за ползването на шезлонгите на плажа от гостите на Хелена сендс- 90 % от местста се заемат от кърпите и "очилата" на плажуващите гости на Хелена парк и гостите на Хелена сендс се налага да плащат на платената зона.Горещо препоръчвам да се вземат мерки от ръководството в тази насока( един надпис в асансьора на хотела с молба да не се запазват шезлонги не е решение,ако не се следи и да се взимат адекватни мерки.)

Would stay again for food and room but nothing else.

The food in the restaurant was amazing. A different offer every day. Salads were varied and tasty. The staff in the restaurant were professional but friendly. The room was cleaned daily and was spotless but could do with an upgrade in terms of furnishings.

The pool area was a disaster. For a 5 star hotel there was no service whatsoever. Not enough beds for all the guests and umbrellas were all broken. Guests had to move beds around the pool area to get out of the sun. When complaints were made the ONE pool attendant shrugged and said go and complain to the manager!! The bar on the beach apparently does not now belong to the hotel and is hired out. Drinks are very overpriced and the staff couldn’t care less. The hotel does have beds in a special area for guests but again very uncared for.

Very pleasant hotel with good food

Very good location, quiet, comfortable rooms , excellent pool and beach, very clean everywhere, good food, very studious and kind staff! One of the best hotels in Bulgaria!

There was nothing I didn’t like, may be some of the rules were a bit restrictive like the free beach chairs were to the side and there were paid ones reserved centrally - but still there were free ones as advertised so nothing major.

Great view, delicious food, parking is paid

Very pleasant place with friendly staff (especially Valeri - the piccolo). They checked us in way ahead of check-in time, which was very polite, given we were with a baby. They had upgraded our stay to a see-view room for free, since we were first-time guests. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Everyone at the restaurant were extremely polite. Very special shout out to all the chefs - they do magic!

One thing that could be managed better is the "private" beach access. If this is what you advertise, then make sure it is accessible. One of the reasons why we picked this place was exactly that, and it wasn't very nice to get there in the morning and see every sunbed being "reserved" with someone's wet towell, so that someone could sleep late in the morning, and guests with little children (who visit the beach in early hours) be deprived from something we have paid for. We were quite surprised, as well, when they said parking was paid extra. I hoped what I had read in reviews would not be true, since a close friend recommended the place and I asked whether parking was really paid extra, to which she said "no"; so I am not entirely sure how they pick who is to pay or not. We paid so the car could be outside on the street, not even at the car park. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying, but for a hotel of this rank it would really look better if the charge were just added to the booking.

Annual vacation at the Black Sea.

Property is well kept, the food variety and quality is excellent. I have traveled around the world and this property is top 5% of all the branded or family owned hotels I have stayed in. The location on the beach is great. It is quiet at night and you can get a good night sleep. The Black Sea is much better than the Mediterranean or Caribbean - not as hot and humid, almost no waves on most days, clear and calm water.

The free chairs and umbrella were very limited. The Helena bar on the beach had taken most of the beach and is renting chairs and umbrella but they were not a good value. Parking is tight and limited.

Actually very nice although we asked for the Queens funeral to be played on the tv in the hall but to no avail which was

Great location and right by the beach -nice rooms and facilities . Breakfast was incredible .

staff weren’t that engaging and dinner wasn’t great for a hotel of this calibre -avoid the ‘beef’.

Overall a fantastic resort

Overall good cleanliness of the room and the common areas. The food is delicious and there is great variety of options. Location is super convenient.

The pools were not as clean as one would hope. One of the bar tenders at the lobby bar was rather impolite. The evening entertainment is too short (1h) and often the music reaches 100dB which is harmful for adults, let alone for the many small children playing around.

Would not recommend

Clearly not a 5 star hotel. Would not return back. We had a view to other balconies and our only view to the sea was from the balcony, corner side. Food was almost all cooked in oil so if you do not want to eat oil that is again a problem. The sofa in the living was awful, not conformable at all. Staff was 70% non English speaker.

Stay away don't book here

Nothing really was to like espacially it is commercialized as 5 star hotel

The furniture is old and worn out, specially the bed, the services are bad, its hard to find someone to help you, one of the worst hotels I've been, the staff are rude with bad morals, and when I was checking out they tried to charge me more. They where screaming at us. Threatning with the bodyguards. They know you are avoiding issues and you will pay to get out safely so they abuse that. They charged us for stuff that we did not have. They even charged us for parking on the main street. Becareful when you go there. As for all the possible charges. Keep your stuff with you as it is stolen from the room. Its better to avoid this hotel. Seriously, its 3 stars at max. Also I forgot to mention, check the minibar when u check in because they will claim to have stuff there and you have used it. Again there are better options in sunny beach.

Great hotel, ideally located on the beach with a very beautiful sea view, large rooms and balconies with all the needed facilities. Very friendly staff. One of the best hotels in Sunny Beach.

Clean, beautiful pool area and a great and clean beach and the perfect entrance in the sea (not deep water, no rocks)
