Great location

Very clean. Communication was great. Kitchen well equipped (could do with a tin opener though). Beautiful view of the quay from the window and balcony in room 206.

Internet connection was not great but adequate.

Superb

Very good communication with the hosts, meet and greet worked perfectly reserved parking organised making life much easier. The apartment was scrupulously clean, well equipped and very good value for money in a city centre. We've no hesitation in recommendeding it

Salford Quays

The apartment was in a great position for our needs. The Lowry Centre for entertainment a short walk away. There are plenty of places to eat and get a coffee. The tram is on your doorstep for a quick trip to Manchester. Great stay.

We had an excellent stay. Thank you very much.

Everything went well. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. WiFi worked. Kitchen had most utensils to prepare meals. Having a Sainsbury's just downstairs was very convenient, and the restaurants and malls at MediaCity were within walking distance. Location is well-connected to Manchester and Salford by public transport.

locate over looked Old Trafford, close and easy access to and from the game. easy to catch a trolley into center of Manchester, station was just out front

Disappointing Stay, Disinterested Hosts

Apartments have a nice view

Despite having contacted Quay Apartments in advance to advise we were driving no parking was available. We were travelling on the last date possible to collect a travel VISA and my daughter was recovering from recent surgery - Quay Apartments were made aware of this. > No parking, no support to get parking. This incurred additional costs and difficulties for my daughter being outside longer than anticipated. > Communication with Quay Apartments is totally on their terms - YOU provide bank details, bring ID, confirm non - smoking. There was no interest in what WE would need which made for a poor trip. > We booked a 1 bed apartment, given a studio. > We seemed to be the only people on our floor following the “no excessive noise” policy - we were near the lift and could hear people singing and shouting along the corridor to each other. It stopped between midnight and 6am but wasn’t ideal. > Facilities are basic & bedding showed signs of previous guests stay

Disappointing

Need to wait for keys on the road. Found hair in the bathroom. Stayed for 2 weeks but they came for cleaning once when I was busy and denied to come again for cleaning. Disappointing behaviour

Cleanliness

Small bed, heating took ages to work, freezer was solid with ice and not usable. Having to take all keys back up to room was room was really annoying

Great location with good facilities

Lovely apartment, the location was perfect for me to get into work with the tram stop being so close. Very clean and had everything I need. The member of staff who met me to check in was very professional and friendly.

Great value for money

Great price and exceptionally great value for money, good location (very close to the tram stops which makes it easy to go anywhere, within walking distance from the Old Trafford), they have grocery stores in the lobby, spacious room, have a good kitchen with all the utensils, the host is easy to contact, and he can give me directions by phone.

At the time of my arrival, I could not find the precise location using the information provided on booking.com and Google Maps (I missed 1 tram stop using the information on booking.com and maps). Have to call the host (he is friendly, responsive, and easy to call) to ask for the exact location in Google Maps. Probably guests have to contact the host directly by phone or can not find the precise location of this apartment.
